  2016 - We had a wonderful experience working with West Michigan Granite & Tile during our kitchen/dining room remodel. They were very responsive, to both e-mails & calls. The install went smooth & they were able to answer any & all questions we had. Thank you for making our kitchen the most beautiful room in our house :)
  
  Update as of 6/2021 - Very disappointed. Took over two weeks to get a quote, which required multiple phone calls and emails to get any kind of response. Had to repeat information multiple times, send the same information multiple times, etc. We did have to go with another vendor for our project.

  I was recently searching for a granite vanity top. I checked with several other local granite providers in Grand Rapids. Not only was WMG the best priced, but they were the most responsive. I also happened to catch them at a good time, and they were able to get the vanity top completed in less than a week (others told me at least a month or longer)! I have already recommended them to my family and friends. They are professional and worked closely with me to obtain what I needed. To me, they are second to none. Thank you, Nick!

  I would highly recommend West Michigan Granite. Their customer service is one the best I have received from any company in a long time. They are prompt, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Our new countertops are beautiful and we are very pleased with the finish product. I was pleasantly surprised that my new granite kitchen was less expensive than the quotes I was getting for laminate. Check them out you will be glad you did.

  My new counter-tops are GORGEOUS! The whole experience was simple and easy, plus they were more affordable than the competition. I'd recommend them all day, every day. I am VERY happy with their work in my new home.
  Their customer service is also top-notch. Mike always answered my emails promptly and efficiently.
