Bought a used Ford Focus for our daughter and had the most wonderful experience - at least compared to other dealerships. The whole ordeal took less than an hour, much less time than the BS at Jim Baier in Ft. Madison and we didn't get ripped off like we did at Iowa City Toyota and Lujack's Honda in Davenport. Only a fairly positive experience at Shottenkirk in Mt. Pleasant and the Ford dealership in Muscatine come close to our positive experience here. Wish I remembered the salesman's name. He was fair and efficient, not wasting our time. Wish other places were this good.

HONEST dealership, GOOD service department - it's a pleasure dealing with them. Since it's a dealership you're not going to get cut-rate prices on repairs. But they know Ford, you won't get unnecessary repairs and the mechanics are good.
