At first I thought I got a pretty good deal on a 2012 Equinox in July 2017 but now after 2000 miles later I've had to add 3 quarts of oil.I bought it as is but expected the motor to be good when I bought it and I've babied it ever since I bought it.Not such a good deal after all!

I had been looking at Subarus for over a month, this hit the internet I believe Friday September 28th I was ready to buy. The mileage and other factors where where I wanted them based on other dealerships I looked at same make and model car. Subaru Impreza Sport hatchback 2013. So I called they were very polite over the phone. April was fantastic she's the sales person I dealt with, and the sales manager, great as well. transaction couldn't have been any smoother. Overall great experience. So if you're ready to buy and have your ducks in a row and you're serious check out Brown's Automotive in West Branch.

Bought my first car and they made the experience easy and informative. They clearly laid out the process and what my options were. Chris was great to work with and answered any questions I had. They were willing to work within my budget to get the best deal. Great car for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Great service, and great staff! Everyone was extremely friendly. I even got some ice cream while visiting. I would consider them one of few dealerships I would actually send my friends and family to!

Couldn't get the information I needed to buy the car I wanted. They rn my credit before even giving me a price. Then when I told them I was no longer interested I got 3 phone calls and 4 emails. Pushy much?

The staff at Brown's did an excellent job of working with me over the phone up front, to ensure the majority of the sale was completed before I made the 2 hour drive. Joe and Jason were friendly and patient and did a great job explaining everything! Joe's service above and beyond - well worth the drive! I will definitely recommend them, and return for our future vehicle purchases.

Fast service but sloppy. Said they fixed the issue on my one year old vehicle. Went to pick it up and didn't even get out of the parking lot. Issue was still there. This second time they actually fixed it.

A real 5-Star experience, Jason was great to work with and was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for and at a great deal! No pressure environment and they took the time to make sure everything was clear and no surprises. Highly recommend!
