  Reggie and Jolene served us in a series of transactions that took a bit longer than we all hoped. Both were very helpful, patient, and friendly, even after closing time. Much appreciate their service and attention to detail.

  My husband and my daughter went into this branch to cash his paycheck drawn on Wells Fargo branch in Surprise. The only reason he went to Wells Fargo was because it was a Wells Fargo check, he was running o. Fumes in his truck and the only form of ID he had was his drivers license and Home Depot card. He lost his bank cards while we were moving. They refused to cash his check. He asked them to call his employer in Surprise and they refused. Where is the customer service?!? I suggest that if you are looking for some place to do your banking choose a credit union. There you are treated like a person and not a dollar sign.

  Phillip segar took excellent care of my mom after we had to handle some unpleasant Business. He was outstanding with his customer service.

  I have long ago accepted that I cannot use this location. It is the closest to my work,only a 5 mn drive, yet even if my boss leta me leave 5 early on a 30 min lunch the tellers fail to complete my transaction in a timely manner (ON A CONSISTENT BASIS). To top it all off, just this Friday I was FORCED to subject myself to this branches substandard service standards due to time constraints and the teller managed to deposite my check in my savings account. I sincerely hope that I do not require the use of the online transfer feature as using it even one more time this month seeing as how this bungle brought me to my limit. Before moving here I chose to keep my service with Wells Fargo, for 11 years now because of most branches excellent service standards but these buffoons are running a social club not a bank.
