Absolutely the worst bank I have ever used. My account was closed in error and the bank won't even correct for their mistake. Instead they sent my account balance to my previous address all the way in OH and won't put a stop payment on it for 15 days. They finally reopened my account up but it will now have been 3 weeks that I have been with out money and they don't even seem to care. I have 5 different bills calling me demanding I pay them and no way to. Honestly just waiting for my car to be repossessed so I can sue for damages. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!

Worst Place ever they steal your money and give you the run around when you try and find answers as to where your money went and transactions that are not authorized. Any other bank chase Bank of America Wells Fargo get to the bottom of it ASAP! DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS HERE!!!

Last month when we came in to withdraw money from our money card, who us bank has a contract with, we dealt with Jose, the bank manager. He was a little rude but helped us. Today when we went in to do the same thing we do every other month, he told us the rules changed and now we can only get $500 and we can use the atm to get the rest because he was too busy. We told him we can't get the amount out we need out of the atm per only $400 a day. He said his bank is for customers only. My husband said "we are customers and we deserve to be respected as anyone else would." We never had a problem before but the last two times with the same guy who obviously has no customer skills. He probably shouldn't be someone with authority. We will not be going back.
