  This is my second central vacuum (two different homes) with Wellington Vacuum. I was so pleased with the first one when I moved I had it installed in my new house. There were many challenges, my house is an old historical home. Dave and Bernice were amazing, Dave worked hard to make it happen, there were many obstacles to overcome. They were professional and accommodating. Thanks guys!!

  I lost my system right before hurricane Matthew.
  They told me they could replace that next day.
  While it seemed expensive I had past dealings and no trouble.
  A young kid came and replaced but was in a huge hurry.
  I was told the motor had burned out.
  He was in such a hurry he never gave me a receipt and no manual.
  I paid 1000.00 for the new system. He said he'd come back
  With a new nozzle as mine was broke. He also said he'd GIVE IT TO ME.
  However I never received a manual or bill. And I called 2 times and the lady was super rude.
  I asked her for the nozzle an she said 35.00. I told her you won't give to me even though he said
  he would..She said no..she also said she sent bill to my email, which is impossible as I never gave her one.
  Still to this day I have never got a manual or bill. I was never showed how to even clean it.
  BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK..don't deal with lady, she's very nasty.

  We were looking to have a central vacuum system installed in a home we recently purchased. Wellington vacuum came highly recommended from several neighbors. I'm happy to say that we will be highly recommending as well. David and Jeremy arrived on time and the installation of our Hose Genie self-retracting central vac system in about 4 hours. When they left we had the central vacuum system of our dreams. We couldn't be happier with the vacuum or the service.

  We bought our Riccar upright vacuum here and took it back for service. Jeff was awesome. Very helpful. Great Customer Service and will go back there.

  As the owner of a top notch cleaning company serving elite customers in South Florida, I have an opportunity to work with a lot of vacuum stores to purchase new equipment and have older equipment maintained and repaired.   It's rare to find a family owned business were you get exceptional service these days. We brought our broken Kirby vacuum into Wellington Vacuum and thought we were going to have to spend a fortune to get it repaired. What a pleasant experience. The manager gave us a very reasonable estimate right up front for the repair and had everything done as quoted, the next day. They even cleaned our Kirby at no extra charge and made it look new again. I would highly recommend using Wellington Vacuum for any of your vacuum cleaner repair needs
