  This establishment has the rudest and most obnoxious staff I have ever had to deal with. The cart guys are great but the rest, not as much.

  Great place to live. Quiet. Peaceful. The only draw back were a few incidences of people diregarding parking rules. But, security is very good at enforcing the rules.
