I was referred to Weikert Ford from a mutual customer that had the experience of working with Ginny (Chicken), in all my years never heard of a person named Chicken but it fits. From the moment I arrived at Weikert, she treated me as if I was family. Hands down best personality. However besides being nice, She was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and if she didn’t know an answer she found it for me. I have to say it was the most pleasurable buying experience I’ve ever had. She even delivered the vehicle to me. I will be sending everyone I know to Weikert and especially Ginny. Thanks again!!!

I made an appointment to have my truck seen here because I was worried about leaking exhaust. They didn't overbook so when I got there at my designated time I was seen right away. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. They didn't blow anything out of proportion or try to fix problems I didn't have. All of the costumers (including the less than considerate ones) were treated with respect and patience. This was one of the best experiences I have had getting a vehicle checked out.

I am so happy I chose Weikert Ford and there is not a single thing they could have done any better. They are in a league of their own! Phillip and his team are incredibly professional and efficient. They really want you to be happy with your purchase and genuinely care for their customers. I drove from out of town to get my car and they made sure I got home safely. I'm telling you, Phillip puts all other dealers to shame. I can't thank you enough!

Drove all the way from Ft. Pierce to buy my F-250. One of the best car shopping experiences ever. When I got there the truck was cleaned and ready for delivery, the paperwork was ready to sign and they did 100% of everything they said they would do. Great job by Justin. Excellent.

Jason Patterson was a great sales guy! He continues to go above and beyond after our purchase of a used 2013 Ford Expedition. If I have any questions I send a text and he will reply or call back with a solution. Weikert Ford has been great to work with and they make sure you are a happy customer!

This Dealership and the team that helped me, Lee, Jason and Michael were exceptional. They treated me with care and importance, they took time to answer any question in detail and were pro's with the processing. I spent no time waiting, it was the most efficient processing I have ever experienced. And it was done with kindness and smiles. Although this dealership is nearly 2 hours from my house it was worth the drive and the only dealership I want to work with in the future. If you give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I just had a baby and were looking for a car to replace our old car. We did most of our looking online. We prayed in advance asking God to make the process easy and the salesperson to be pleasant. As we visited various dealerships throughout Central Florida, it became painfully obvious that quality customer service wasn't a priority. I reached out to Weikert Ford and inquired about a specific car they had on their lot. A guy named Justin answered my request for more pics. He said it was raining at the time and would get them out to me as soon as it stopped. A few days after receiving the pics we made a trip out to Weikert Ford. Upon arrival it started to rain, but Justin greeted us with a smile and a sincere attitude as he pulled the car out of the rain so we could get a better look at it. He then let us test drive the car without him being in it (This is something that never happened with any other dealers). We were just about already sold at that point because we had specifically prayed for this type situation. Justin was literally an answer to prayer! I can honestly say that all the staff at Weikert Ford were very friendly. Justin is a VERY honest straight forward guy who went out of his way MULTIPLE times to meet our requests! I highly recommend this place (100%) if you are looking for a new or used vehicle! Justin is awesome!

Highly recommend Weikert Ford. My family drove from Jacksonville, FL to buy a Ford Explorer Sport. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We only wish we lived closer so that they could service our vehicles. We have already contemplated driving 3 hours again to buy our next Ford when the time arrives. Justin was great with getting most of the deal done over the phone and doing everything in his power to get us what we wanted. As was everyone else who assisted us. Thanks for the customer great service & easy car buying experience. Your company was truly a game changer for us! We'll still put your name out there & tell our friends that the 3 hour drive is well worth it. Keep up the great work, guys!

Traded in my 2011 for a 2017 Mustang model, this dealership gave me the best value for my trade. The dealership does not have the pushy vibe most do out here in Orlando, it was worth the 45min drive for the experience. Jason/Justin were really responsive in emails and calls and made the experience a good one.

Found great car on website after closing hours on a Friday evening. Called anyway and Justin answered. That was impressive. We had to drive several hours to get there Saturday. They held car. Never asked for deposit. Everyone there extremely friendly. The sales team works together to help customers. You can tell they are happy where they work and great team. We got a fantastic deal and they even delivered the car as my son still has restricted license so could not drive it home. Thank you Jason, Justin, George and all at Weikert Ford. Thank you to prior owner for taking care of this car when you had it

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!
