  I went Friday afternoon, and was helped by Hector. He was great slowed me to test drive the car. It was a little late so he took my Info and told me to come back o. Sat morning. By 2pm sat morning o had my car. Thank you Hector o would recommend you anytime.

  I came into look and a very polite gentleman came up to help me and showed me the exact vechile I was looking for. I wound up buying my Lincoln Navigator from him. Tom was very helpful in anyway he could so I could save money. It was a very great experience, I would recommend going to Bill Owens Auto Sales if you are looking for any type of vechile to buy.

  I was and gave been to several dealers looking and just missing out on a truck. I decided to drive a little further and check out a truck here. Best decision I have ever made. The truck was everything I wanted and they worked with me and I drove it home. They bent over backwards to get me where I needed to be. I highly recommend them. They are worth the drive.   The most unprofessional service after calling about a truck and driving from lake placid we test drive and offer on the truck another person comes they leave us standing outside let's them test drive it and puts then inside to make the deal. Dan the general manager is a very poor representative and did not treat us fairly. We had the cash on hand

  It's no surprise that I see so many repeat customers at Bill Owens. As a vendor, I love having them as a partner because I know the customers they send us have received First Class treatment. Bill is always right there to help. It's a family place where customers feel like family. Daniel, Eric, Hector, Jimmy, Tom, Mike and the whole team care about making customers happy. I have seen them make accommodations for customers that they weren't obligated to. Going the extra mile is definitely one of the reasons customers refer their friends and become customers for life.
  As their Warranty provider I see they select Quality vehicles and do an excellent job of preparing them for sale so there are no issues.
