Came in here while on a bike trip with a flat and badly damaged rear tire. The staff we're very friendly, helpful, and even let me borrow some of their repair equipment and assisted in fixing my bike. I was able to finish my trip without any more flats! The parts were also good quality and very reasonably priced.

The worst bike rental shop in Key West. Their customer service is extremely poor. Staff are rude and unaccomadating. Go to Eaton Bikes instead - they are absolutely first class. They are very kind and accomadating, and saved us two different times in bike rentals when We Cycle overbooked their trikes and demanded that we drop off the bikes when we had already and reserved them.

Purchased a fab custom bike around 7 months or so ago here. Today walked in looking to purchase and size up a 16inch bike for my 6 year old granddaughter. There was nothing on a the floor that I liked and a very unfriendly guy tells me "we don't have a book for you to look at but "YOU"can go online" I did not give him time to even finish his sentence. Reason being his attitude was totally uninterested in making it easy for me to make purchase of the perfect little bike for my 6year olds bday. I earlier today spoke to a nice girl at We Cycle and I told

I would be comming in to look around . She informed me that if there was nothing in the store at the time she said "WE""could go online and order. She said there would be a small charge to receive the bike by this Sat.Guess I picked the wrong door and got the wrong person to deal with ! Bye Bye We Cycle.😕

Bought a Great Cruiser from 'Oliver'. This guy knows his stuff and help me find exactly what I needed. I could have bought anywhere but Oliver's great customer service was the reason I chose We Cycle. I know that I will be taken care of the way I deserve. Thanks Oliver & We Cycle!

Rented 2 tandem bicycles for a week-long vacation. Excellent experience! The owner was helpful and quoted a very reasonable/competitive rate for our extended rentals. Staff was upbeat and courteous. Bikes worked perfectly! Would definitely choose again. Thank you WeCycle!

I rented 2 bikes and a baby seat for 2 days. I reserved and paid for it on their website the morning of. Went over an hour or so later. Staff got the bikes out right away and explained that any problems we just needed to call them (the number is printed on a placard attached to the front basket so you can't forget or lose the #.

The best part was while they did offer to drop off/pickup the bikes for free, they also allow you to return the bikes after hours by locking them to a tree of bike parts they have out front of their building, then drop the keys in a box, which is what I ended up doing.

Zero problems, smooth transaction. The bikes were cruisers which functioned without issue. You've only got one gear but key west is flat as a pancake so really no need for more. They had a number of other types of bikes available but we were stuck with the cruisers because of the child seat. Definitely recommend them.

Last comment unrelated to this shop specifically. If your wanting a relaxing casual ride, avoid the southern route (a1a I believe). It is RIGHT on the shore and while it's a fantastic view, the head winds were brutal because there is nothing to block the wind. When I rode back towards the bike shop with a 35 pound toddler in tow, while I made it, it was a lot less enjoyable than taking route 1!

Poor customer service Walked in with my bike explained my front tire wouldn't hold air over night. The guy rudely grabbed my bike without asking. After he ripped the front tire off he told me he didn't have the parts to fix my bike.. I politely said to him he needs to find a solution to the problem he wondered off and grabbed a bike tube quickly installed it without asking me. Once done he explained it is a 50/50 percent chance of holding air. I then asked him if he would stand by his work and fix it if I came back in he said no and then said I couldn't return the product. I will never return to the store again.

These guys are great! We got there right before they closed for the day and they were super polite. They didn't charge us for a bike rental for that day and even took off some of the charge with no prompt. Also, they told us to leave our bikes locked up with the hotel that we are staying at and they would come pick them up free of charge. The bikes ride very smoothly and come with: lights on the bike, a bike lock, a basket, and a helmet (not optional for minors, but if over 16 it's up to you). If you need a bike in key west, this is definitely the place to go.
