Now y'all know most people don't want to fool with companies that deal away from the hood at the same time dealing with the hood. Through this company the apts I stay in years back I wouldn't even pass by them in a car. Last year I had à friend to move into them and I visited her quite often and had not only great visit with her but I felt very comfortable about the complex. People outside oriented, children playing only in the playground while parents watched. No loud rambunctious music or excessive drinking on premises, no large gatherings of suspicious people. In fact you don't really get to know anyone because the apartment itself is homey, relaxing even if you don't have furniture,you rarely want to leave. It doesn't have emeneties like most apartments which where it is located has everything within walking distance. Grocery stores shopping stores conviences stores laudremats liquor stores fast food and eat in establishments car repair churches schools churches bus compatible. The most important thing about apartmentsnearme is they have 2nd chance apartments which is definitely needed. Their website has all conviences for paying rent to work orders (and they're quick and efficient with repairs) also they host age related events on the grounds for everyone to enjoy and they do. For anyone or those who need a second chance don't hesitate to give apartmentsnearme a try you maybe surprised.

When I first visited summit Park the property manager was very understanding the only draw back was my daughter hadn't been on her job for six months. I will be returning for a second time to try again.

Thos property charges near 700 a month for these subpar apartments. The renovations are superficial. For the price they are charging for rent they should've taken the renovation down to the studs. New sheet rockflooring windows and make a closed community a small park would make it worth the money they are asking.
