Well known to pilots, this is the only fly-in BBQ in the area. Excellent smoked meats, and their baked beans are loaded with meat and a unique flavor. Not the friendliest service, but it is fairly quick. Ribs are above average, even for the KC area competition!

This place is great! My grandparents live in Paola so we have eaten here on several occasions and I have always been impressed with both the service and the food.

Flew in from 3GV in Grain Valley, MO. Great airport and awesome food. I tell all my fellow pilots about it and fly here often to build hours!

Be prepared for terrible service and a rude staff. The owner personally insulted my mother, the sweetest woman you would ever meet, because she had the audacity to point out that the food was not cooked the way she ordered it. The owner literally yelled at her and told her that she was not welcome back. ?? Seriously, what kind of business owner yells at her own customers when she screws up an order. We B Crazy.

Best bbq around for sure Sweet smoked It has a lot of large Windows right outside of the windows as the parking lot for the airport small planes frequently flying packing this parking lot on the weekends making for great scenery

First time at We- B and they had no RIBSno HAM no SAUSAGE. If that was bad enough NO BOULEVARD BEER, HOME TOWN BEER COME ON.
All the people were very nice

One of worst places I have had BBQ in my years as a BBQ fan. They ran out of food, the waitress, who I understand is one of the owners acted like a drop out from a Dale Carnegie Course. When I complained about the lack of menu items that were unavailable her reply was, "If you don't like it you can go somewhere else". As they were out of BBQ Beef and Baked Beans I ordered the Pork which was old and had a putrid taste. My advice, don't waste your money here you will be disappointed.

It is good, eat here. It sets at the airport which gives it an original character. Kansas City area, so. Gotta love you some BBQ!

Every time I go to we b there is always a great atmosphere and amazing food! You can't forget about the great service ,they get you whatever you need and are always nice about it! We come out here about 2-3 days a week and it's always great!!! We love the whole we b family!!💕
