Though the apartments are great, the staff is TERRIBLE to say the least. The leasing office staff are liars, they are not consistent at all with their information. Everytime me or my roommate called, they gave different information. They will tell you a leasing agent will call you and they never do. On the website, they wrote the income has to be 43 times the rent but in person they said it has to be 80 times the rent or 140K income with no debt. If we were that rich we wouldn't be looking to live there. On their website and even when we had a tour, they told us they have multiple units available but when we were submitting application, they had none which was strange! Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had with a leasing office. They are all liars and they will only try to make it work if it benefits them, they are not there to help you.

Jayda was professional and upfront about all information . The property was clean and manicured. Although there were pets on site, the tenants were picking up after them. nice and comfortable. loved it

Moving can be a challenging experience. It can be difficult to find exactly what you want. Leasing agent Rina made this transition seamless for me. Rina not only maintained open communication with me as she searched for my apartment, so also talked me through my financial concerns to ensure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. Rina is now a new friend of mine and Wavecrest is fortunate to have her representing the brand.

I have been living at this apartment for 1 year and 3 months now; I give it a four star for three reasons. First, Mrs. King is the best and very professional person to contact. She takes time to explain the lease and answer all my questions without rushing me. Second, when I have an issue at my apartment, maintenance comes right away. Third, I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the security of my car in any kind of ways. NOW my BIGGEST PROBLEMS: are too much coackroches running around all over the building. I mean they are all over; the basement, my whole apartment, in front of the next door neighbor. It makes my skin crawls. The other problems are the mold and the paints are pealing off the walls in the apartment. The ROACHES situation is driving me crazy. Other than that, it's a very nice place to call home.

People look at reviews for Wavecrest Gardens for the living experience there not for a review of the nice staff in the office. How many reviews do we have to see on here are from people talking about the application process and the nice ladies that haven't even moved in yet??
I left a review on here when I moved out a few years ago and after looking at the real reviews from people that actually have lived there for a while, I nothing has changed. If you want more honest review check out Yelp.
