Do not yet have experience with the furniture I purchased, so unable to comment on post-warranty quality. However, I was very pleased with the overall service and specific product knowledge from a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson (Pat Feldman). Great purchase experience.

Great experience. Lovely, knowledgeable sales people. The store looked great even during construction. They worked with us to find exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The sales person seemed knowledgeable and was helpful. My issue came from installation. I bought a pool table and it was delivered on a Friday. They contract out installation and come Wednesday after calling R&R installation Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and leaving messages, R&R finally called me back. I was told that they don't know why my paper work was just sitting there and no one had touched it until they got my voicemail and that if they would have processed it when they got the paperwork my pool table would have been installed this week. I know have 7 days of 600lbs of slate leaning up against my drywall which I am told is very bad for the slate and could warp it and it looks like it will still be sitting there till next week because I keep getting the run around. I will not be a return customer.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered almost $4.5k worth of out door furniture. One of the items was a outdoor fire pit that had to be returned and resent 3 times because it was damaged. I was patient with the process up until the day we had a party. The gas line on the fit pit had a leak. After three attempts of getting undamaged product, Watson's still hasn't sent a new product and when I asked for a refund they said they don't do that. I had to fight just get a 10% discount on the product. Never buying from Watson again.

Worst delivery process ever. Purchased hot tub on 10/7 and was told it was in stock and I would be contacted the week of 10/9 for delivery. I was not contacted so I contacted them. I was then told it was not in stock until the following week and would hear back from them by Tuesday of that next week to schedule delivery. I did not hear back from them yet again so I called and talked to the sales department and was told it was in stock, however, the delivery department was really busy because they've sold so many hot tubs recently. Your customer doesn't care how many hot tubs you've sold. They only care that the one they've purchased is actually delivered to them in the time frame that was originally committed. I finally received a call back from the delivery team and was told it would be delivered Friday 10/20 and he would call me back Thursday 10/19 to give me the exact time frame to ensure I would have someone at my house for the delivery. No call so far. Let's see if my hot tub is actually delivered tomorrow. I will not be making any future purchases from this location.

I would Highly recommend This Location's Service Dept. The gentleman, Derek, who came out was Very Professional. I needed work on my older Hotspings Hot-tub. Everyone I have worked with from Service, Billing, to this Technician have been upfront about cost and Very Professional. These guys are Honest and are not going to "take you for a ride" & Most importantly, they know what they are doing ! I Highly Recommend them !

People say Watson's is the most overpriced place to shop, FALSE. You can find some great deals there. I got some furniture for my deck for a real good price the quality of the items purchased were great. Would recommend them to anyone and they have good customer service.

Received a fantastic deal on some very nice OW Lee patio furniture. The set totally transformed our backyard into an outdoor relaxation space. Staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all questions we had. Will shop there again, should we need anything else for our patio.

We just keep coming back to Watson's, for great service and a great selection of quality merchandise. Recently purchased a beautiful leather theater group and bar table for the basement we just refinished to go along with the pool table and card table and chairs that we purchased from Watson's several years ago. The card table and pool table have held up exceptionally well and look great with the additional new furniture. I strongly recommend Watson's for all the fun stuff they carry.

We have purchased our new furniture for the back patio two years ago, last year we added a 8 person seating hot tub and love it and as of yesterday we purchased the front porch seating set that the deal was too good to pass up. The cushions did not bottom out and the design is so stylist that I know we will be enjoying this for years to come. Not crazy about the cushion selection but we can always have these re-fabric next year. Jerry our salesman was patient with us.

This was the first year we attended the big sale to buy our pool chemicals. We attended pool school and were slightly disappointed as it seemed it was mostly salesmen trying to sell their products, not information we need about taking care of a pool. Although, they said they also offer Saturday classes so we may look into those. They had plenty of salesmen on the floor to answer any questions we had about chemicals, and everything was on sale! We saved a great deal of money compared to going to buy our supplies when we open our pool. They carried everything out to our car for us. It was a great experience.

I recently made a purchase of a new pool at Watson's in Florence.
The customer service was great. No pressure sales, the price was fair and the experience was very easy. I have an existing pool which had received some storm damage and I had made 2 previous visits contemplating what my options for repairs were. Upon these visits I did not receive any high pressure sale or persuasion to make a decision. I highly recommend and trust Watson's for your pool care needs.
They also give great advice for keeping your pool clean and making the experience of owning a pool very easy and enjoyable.response / report this review -

We were met with a person right when we entered the door. We explained we wanted to look at pools and they said we'll go ahead and look around and we will send someone to help you in a couple minutes. It was nice that someone wasn't too pushy . Kevin , the manager, of the store actually came over to help us. His expertise was so nice and very helpful. He has been installing pools since he was younger and knew every question I threw at him. He gave us a great deal and even threw in pool toys for my kids while they were there. It was the easiest and best sales experi nice I have had in awhile and I recommend anyone to go there. We bought our pool and was out of the store within an hour. It was delivered in 3 days and they will be installing it within a week or so.

We have been looking for the right living room items for a couple of months with no luck and decided to try Watson's during their clearance event. Prices were incredible, as well as the selection. The set we decided on Wes sold out, but our salesman Keith called every store to find another couch. He found one on the last call. We also asked about a coffee table, and when they got back to us, the price was great. The staff allowed us to shop at our own pace and did not hover over us like some places do. The staff was very helpful and informative!
