  I want to talk about their MPOA. There is no way 600+ a quarter as an assessment is ligament. The homeowners that are paying this every quarter in this community are being ripped off. In fact I would describe this as organised crime! How on Earth these home owners are naive enough to pay this is ludicrous. It's time they had an audit from an outside company to look over what is really going on with money with regard to their MPOA. I heard they had 1.3 million dollars sitting in an account? Does this even sound normal to anybody living in Waterlefe? Wake up residents your being ripped off. Get an outside company to do an investigation for the last 5-6 years looking through everything. It won't be long before they will find where a lot of your money is actually going.

  Very hard golf course, lot of water and sand bazard. Interesting driving range on a lake with floating golf balls.

  Played Sunday 9-24. Course was running an email special, a round and lunch for $35. Not bad. Here's the problem it took almost 5 hours to complete the round. At one point on 14, the group causing all the problems was in the fairway, there was a group on the tee, we were behind them, there was a group waiting behind us, and there was a group putting out on 13. Called the pro shop about the delay. They said they're sending a ranger. Not sure a ranger ever showed up. 4 hours and 50 minutes in 90 degree heat is a LONG round. But the fun didn't stop, we got to the grill at 315, only to be told the kitchen closed at 3. Thankfully our waitress was able to get us our lunch. I've played this course 3 times and twice I've had to deal with 5 hour rounds. Pretty sure Waterlefe is off the play list.

  This golf course is absolutely insane awesome!! Beautiful greens, amazing layout, above average length from the tips!
  
  Water range but it's just warm up not practice.
  
  Club house restaurant could be more but you're here to play golf not eat.
  Full bar and yes they serve at 7am on a Sunday!!

  Even though I never shoot well on this course, I thoroughly enjoy playing it. The staff is second to none. Water and/or wetland is in play on every hole. Plenty of bunkers. Tough test, beautiful course, great people.

  Outstanding Salad/Pasta/Soup/Potatoe bar for lunch. Offers both fine and casual dining in the evenings. Moderate prices. Weekly gourmet specials.
