Water Heater Pros were very professional and gave us an excellent price for a tankless water heater. They helped us through the installation and inspection process and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would absolutely work with them again in the future!

Happy we found Water Heater Pros 4 years ago.

I first approached one of the overly advertised companies in the valley and their estimate was a joke. Total rip off; rhymes with kettle. You know the speak like "bring up to standard" and other BS designed to make the process of swapping out a water heater sound scientific.

Water Heater Pros gave us a far better price & the Service was good.

Water Heater Pros is a very professionally ran company.

My old water heater died, and I started searching YELP for a reputable company. Water Heater Pros stuck out like a sore thumb, and I loved the fact that they specialized only in installing water heaters. I called in the afternoon, and within 2 hours the owner came to my home to look at my water heater to confirm I would need a new one. He installed a brand new water heater the following morning at 9. Talk about fast!

When I met CHARLIE (owner), I felt at ease right away because he's one of those guys where you can tell he's extremely knowledgeable, and going to go above and beyond to get the work done.

CHARLIE and SHANE did a beautiful job, and even took the time to give me some tips on how to take care of my water heater to maintain efficiency, and help the unit last as long as possible. Sadly, these days most people aren't putting your interests first. Instead, they are looking for ways to get more money. Water Heater Pros is a reputable company working for you and looking out for your best interest. They are a perfect example of showing how you can be honest, and still have a highly successful business without screwing people over.

Despite the fact that the owner installed my water heater, he still had one of his employees call me later that day to ask how the install went. That says a lot about someone.

We had a technician (Charlie) come out to our house because we were told by another company that we needed our water heater replaced, and we wanted a second opinion.

Rather than agree and take our business, Charlie was nice enough to point out that there was nothing wrong with our water heater and that the issue was the work the other company had done. He even referred us to a better AC company to get that issue fixed.

5/5 will definitely call Water Heater Pros when our water heater does go out.

Contacted them at around 11:30AM on a Sunday, got an appointment window for 1:00PM-3:00PM on the same day. Charlie showed up promptly at 1:00PM and fixed my water heater quickly in about 50 minutes. Final charge matched what I was quoted when I first asked for the estimate. Work is guaranteed for 1 year.

Fast, professional service. Had them do warranty work on my Bradford White heater. They fixed the problem and even communicated potential other issues that could arise. When their guess turned out right they came back and took care of it right away, no questions asked. The water heater now works better than it did when installed brand new. Will definitely use again if/when needed.

They were on time, professional and courteous. Price was very good too!!
They installed a new 50 gallon water heater in 35 minutes. Replaced a pipe and sediment trap at no extra charge. No wonder these guys are 5 stars. Old school values and customer service!!! I would absolutely recommend this company!!!
