  Had to use them by way of home warranty company; Egor came out and conducted an exterior visual examination of my 2 air conditioner units and came back inside to say they were low on Freon. Took him a total of 6 minutes.
  
  I contacted the Home Warranty. They told me they would have another technician from the same company come out, I contacted this company again, and the person I spoke to said Egor “he’s our senior technician that we send out to fix things and if he said that’s what’s wrong then that’s what it is.” My response, “so, you’re telling me that it’s best practice to not physically inspect an a/c unit and that Egor can visually inspect something and make a diagnosis” them, “yes, that’s correct.”
  
  Zero value. Avoid.

  Clearly, this company stand behind their technician who apparently has x-ray vision and does not have to visually inspect anything nor listen to customers. I finally was able to get a second opinion through the Home Warranty from a different vendor who actually came out and did what most people assume HVAC professionals do, physically look at units and thoroughly explain to customers in a non-condescending way what is going on. Low and behold, guess what? The refrigerant level is NOT low on either units, and there are NO leaks. It turned out to be a completely different issue and had this technician thoroughly done his job then maybe I would not have had to wait 25 days for the air conditioning in my master bedroom to function.
  
  Stay away from this company it will save you a whole lot of grief. Once again, it is clear that their management supports shady and predatory practices.

  Marco is an excellent worker. He's polite, thorough in his assessment of what caused my AC problem and repaired it. It was a difficult job but he found the solution. He's very patient and diligent. You're blessed to have him!

  Bifurcated capacitors taped inside cardboard box and set loose in the box. Fire hazard, poor workmanship. Air squad says they don’t get paid enough from American home shield. They don’t care. Very unprofessional. Original was dual Capacitor with metal bracket.

  Air Squad,Put in a New AC and Furnace. I had a few problems with the air conditioner. Air SQUAD are Real Professionals, they came back and Wouldn't Quit until they Fixed the Problem and REASSURED ME That Everything will Work Great and they want me to be a Happy Customer. I Highly Recommend Air SQUAD
  The Customer Service is Very Good,The Technicians are Excellent & They Proved to Me that they Really Care about there Customers. If You have a AC or Heating problem Call

  I highly recommend Air Squad!! Our air recently went out and were referred to Air Squad through our home warranty. I can't say enough great things about this company. First, Marcus was very accessible and accommodating about our situation. Our technician was Egor and he was simply amazing. He troubleshooted the issue very quickly and had our air running within an hour. He even had parts on his truck. Egor is by far the best technician we have ever experienced. From the front office to the technicians, this company is top notch!!!
