Love going. Family spent one weekend a month camping at the overflow sights. Great for tent camping with kids, lots of fun out door stuff to do with the family.

Stayed at the RV park in October. Just a coincidence but they were celebrating halloween the night we were there and wow, it was a big deal. We were passing through and made reservations by calling. Everyone was really nice and the park itself appears to be a favorite of the local community. I can imagine this place is filled up during the summer. They have lake views and short hikes throughout the park as well as the usual bathrooms, playgrounds, etc. You can tell however that this place is designed for the local community it has a community feel about it. As far as the RV part goes, you will be challenged to put your RV in place and find a spot for your vehicle (if towing anything). At my site, water was on one side and electric on the other. I was lucky I could pull my truck up at an angle and get in. Anyway, suggest you make reservations before stopping here. Also, very close to anything you might need as far as food, propane, stores, etc.

Nice place to relax. There is a nice playground for children, 2 boat ramps, paddle boats, soccer fields, campgrounds and a public pool open in the summer. There is all kinds of wildlife and hiking trails. There is also an 18 hole golf course. From volleyball or basketball to sunbathing there is something for everyone of all ages.

Amazing place to take your family. Everything is easily accessible and family friendly. The campsite we were at was close to the playground which is in the middle of many campsites so parents can prepare meals or relax at the campsite and still see their kiddos playing.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our stay! The campground has many different sites available. Bathrooms/Showers were updated last year. The only complaint I have is the shower heads are way too close to the wall and do not adjust. You literally have to have your head against the wall to rinse your hair. But, the entire campground and park are simply lovely! Many gorgeous views! Plenty of wildlife. We recommend this state park & will definitely be back!

The riding stable at Warrior's Path State Park is an experience that should not be missed. The horses are well cared for and are gentle, well mannered and sure footed. The guides are experienced and very friendly. They do their best to make the ride enjoyable. The trails are not a simple bridle path. They climb a fairly steep slope and return to the barn. They are shaded and there are opportunities to see nature and wildlife. The rates are very reasonable and well worth the price. I highly recommend the riding stables at Warrior's Path State Park!

Wonderful camping, wonderful lake area for boating and fishing, wonderful children's playgrounds. Nice flat areas for running or walking. Many amenities are available, including golf, and disc golf, plus a large pool.

Best park!! Large multi-aged & special need, mostly shaded playground,small Narnia walking path, treehouse, running /walking paths, disc golf, basketball, volleyball, multiple soccer fields, fishing off bank, boating, kayaking,shelters, picnic table & grills, camping, pool, restaurant,
Pet friendly (just NO Pets on playground ) There's more I'm probably forgetting. Just a Great place to spend time with/family. More parks like this are neededresponse / report this review -

Warriors is a lovely park with walking paths, bike trails, hiking, horseback riding, tennis courts, picnic tables and shelters, a marina with kayak, canoe, and paddle boat rentals, frisbee golf course, beach volleyball and basketball, and a playground for kids. I really enjoy this park. The tennis courts are cracked and have weeds and grass growing through them tho which is unfortunate. The rest of the park seems to be well upkept. Also, it is dog friendly and I love going walking and seeing all the happy pups.

What a nice state park in a city setting. Some of the sites are really small and do require some maneuvering but it is a great park. The bathrooms are new and well-kept. The Ranger was so helpful upon our late arrival. We were sorry that we were just passing through--we will come back when we can stay a longer period. I am glad that we did not reserve a site online as you might pick a site only to discover that you would not be able to maneuver into it. We have a 18 foot travel trailer. Hats off to the park for their playground for "all"! ❤️

My best friend and I uncovered a whole other side to warriors that many people are not aware of. There are several great hiking trails not located in the duck island area. You can access these trails from fall creek road. We made an entire day of it. We started at the Sinking Waters trail located off of moody road I believe. That is a great trail. It has many cool little areas and towards the end of the trail, there is a boardwalk that takes you over the "swamplands". It dumps you out on the golf course. We then Walked the the edge of the golf course until we came to the road that the stables are on. You can then walk down the road and it brings you out there at the beginning of the bridge if you were going toward the actual recreation area. We decided to stop there and eat at a little landing on the side of the lake. It was a perfect location. You can then cross the road at the golf cart crossing and you will see a sign that says "devils backbone 1.1m". This trail is a little more strenuous, but with amazing views. Follow this trail and you will eventually come out at Devils Backbone trail located behind Warriors Falls neighborhood. This is a very enjoyable hike. We made a day of it. I will recommend it to anyone and will also hike this trail again very soon!!
