Great experience with Wally Falkes! Scheduling was very easy (thankfully they were able to send someone the same day, everyone else I called was tomorrow or beyond); Jose called ahead to let me know he was on his way but was stuck in traffic. Once here he got right to work, informed me of the issue in simple terms, and quoted me a price for the repair, which was performed quickly and efficiently. And now my house is cooling down again! Thanks so much!

Jose was very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. He took the time to explain the issues and ways to go about getting it repaired. He did not push us to purchase anything but gave us the info we needed to explore our options. We will definitely be return customers!

Perry came out to troubleshoot my system. He knew what was wrong immediately and was able to fix it. His professionalism showed in his proficiency and customer service. Will absolutely use Wally Falke’s and Perry for all my A/C repairs and maintenance going forward. Could not be happier!
