Stellar service. Went in with my brother, felt both professional and like a low key family environment. We spent many hours there waiting for the boat to be repaired and they spoke to us the entire time.

We couldn't be more happy with the service and people we have encountered here. We brought our trailer by to see if we could get it fixed and ended up leaving with a bigger, better boat! Just had a wonderful experience with Wake Effects this past weekend. My entire bachelorette party took a wonderful sup board yoga class through Wake Effects with Lori from Lake Yoga and it could not have been more wonderful! Customer service was top notch from beginning to end and Lori was a wonderful instructor that taught to all levels and made sure the biggest thing we were focused on was HAVING FUN. Will highly recommend to anyone else I know that frequents the lake.

Ok, you can tell the owner has natural customer service skills. Didn't buy today, but we will buy, and it will be at Wake Effects. Totally sold on the product/boat, more importantly, totally sold on this Dealer and the Team. And, they have a cool store front, with cool stuff. You won't find any 1950s style hip hugger swim trunks here, really cool board shorts, Boards, Oakley's, GoPro's, etc. Kid in a candy store for me. Thanks Ryan and Team!
