I can't believe they charge extra for another tarter sauce or don't put cheese in their cheeseburger. 'Nickel & dime' tactics cheating customers. There's other places that don't cheat customers.

Bomb food. Great place to get some Hawaiian eats on the mainland. Loco Moco was Ono and so was the mac salad.

We got take out kalua pork. It was quite salty, but very flavorful. The rice it came with was decent. We ordered it without the macaroni salad, so I can't comment on that. We did get it with cabbage, though because that is off menu it was difficult to order. I wish they had more vegetables on the menu to combine with the meat and rice.

Overall the place felt very authentic. Good quality food for the price. If it had been 20 degrees warmer outside with chickens running everywhere I would have thought I was back on Kauai.
