  I have known this doctor for 11 years now. Not only is he a perfectionist, but very professional. I have had lip injections over the years. Just recently- I had a remove and replace implants with pocket revision. I look AWESOME! I am so happy with my results. Dr. Wagner and Kara worked patiently with me to help me pick out my new implants. Everyone in his office is so nice. I highly recommend their services.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed with their service. Very unprofessional.
  
  A few weeks ago, I went in for a consultation appointment. The doctor was extremely rude to the nurse. He made it very clear that she made a mistake about the location of my cancerous mole. Guess she wrote down the wrong name of the location of the mole in my chart. He jumped all over her in front of me and it was very uncomfortable. This happened while I was dressed in my gown. This was the very first time I met the doctor and his staff!! I felt really bad for the nurse.
  
  Next-
  My surgery appointment was scheduled this Friday, at 2:30p.m. I received a call from Brandi around 4:50pm two days before my surgery. Thought for sure she was calling to remind me of my appointment. Nope -instead she said that I had to move my appointment up to 6:15a.m. That's an 8 hour difference. When I asked why I had to move my appointment up, she said that they added extra patients on the schedule. I told her I couldn't be there that early and then she said I'll call the lady who has the 12:30p.m. appointment to see if she can take the 6:15a.m. appointment. She called me back within 15 minutes to tell me she couldn't come in that early either. So in the end- I LOST MY APPOINTMENT!!!
  Brandi acted like it wasn't a big deal and said I could reschedule for next Friday and I told her No, thanks. I will not be making another appointment with your office. All I kept thinking wasWhat if it happens again???
  I've prepared for this day for weeks mentally and emotionally. And to top it off, I already had my work schedule rearranged. I still cannot get over the fact that I had an actual appointment scheduled but the other people who were added on. get to keep their newly scheduled appointment. Unbelieveable!!!

  Dr. Wagner is by far the best plastic surgeon hands down! And his staff is wonderful! I would and do highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

  I went in for a consult with Dr. Wagner and was told that someone would call me in a few days to schedule surgery. After a week no one had called me so I called and left a message. 2 days later no return call so I called again and leave a message. 2 days later I call and leave a third message. 3 weeks and no return call. I find this very disrespectful, if he doesn't want to do my surgery he should just say so and not ignore my calls. I found someone else to do my surgery and so should you!

  I had a tummy tuck and have no regrets doing it. It has turned out fabulous and I am only 3 weeks post op. Dr. Wagner and his staff are always so kind when I go in, or call. Dr. Wagner explains everything very thorough, and has always made sure he answered my questions. I have recommened this office to several people already. Leigh was so kind and patient with me about figuring out my finances.
