This is your typical big chain movie theater. They offer great movies and varied times. However, the concession stand is always understaffed and takes forever. The employees are also not particularly friendly either. And of course, the concessions are outrageously priced (but no more so than any other theater).

Our first time at this theater. Old style theater seating but everyone on the staff that we dealt with was really awesome. They all sincerely cared.

Lots of showings, which is convenient. It's pretty clean, but popcorn tastes old and gross. Service is hit and miss.

I went to see "The Shack" and was told it would be showing Saturday and Sunday. I was told it would return on Monday. It was very confusing figuring out the dates and times from the theater's Web page. It was scheduled to show on Friday. I thought theaters switched films on Thursdays. I tried to call prior to that, and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing experience.

It was very disappointing. I went to see Logan. My son's went to see Get Out. My movie was an hour longer. Which would have been okay. But Logan didn't start until 30minutes later. And that was only after I went and told them music was still playing, and not previews. They started it right away, but because previews were like 20minutes long my movie would have ended an hour and 40minutes later. I ended up leaving Logan. Tried to explain to the management the inconvience but there were no response or apology. Just blank stares. I always go to this theater. But today wasnt a good experience.

On Saturday March 4, my family had the most amazing experience at Regal Cinema Richmond Town Square thanks to the manager Armando. He has inspired us to do kind things for others and "pay it forward" What a conscientious, caring gentleman. Thank You! This is not our regular theater BUT we will return thanks to Armando!
