I just purchased the new SEL Atlas and it is so behind on basic technology. It doesn't have navigation, compas, doesn't tell the tires presure and so many other basic things. I love the spacious and looks, but by missing so many important things it doesn't worth the 50+k

Do not work here! This brutal lean manufacturing environment, horrible management, and inconsiderate schedule are 3 very good reasons never to work here. Unless you enjoy swing shift, hostile work environments and injury.

Great employer and car manufacturer. I am looking forward to their newest American-made vehicle. I recently test drove the all new SUV, ATLAS. Amazing quality while providing the most competitive price on the market.

This is for VW attention, for the company "Preferred Precision Group" that you hired for QC in the Seating department:

I went in for "training" @ 7am.. sat in the parking lot for over and hour.. Another guy who was "training" was told to be there at 5am, he sat there for over 3 hrs waiting as well sent us to get out temp badges and it was a absolute MESS from that point on. We FINALLY got into the facility around 9:30am & sat in a room.. literally twirling our thumbs waiting for the next thing. We were told by some "head of HR lady" named Donna, who was a royal B1TCH, to sit there & wait..She walked in with a very unprofessional attitutw and demeanor. She was already sizing me & everyone else up the moment she walked in. I felt judgement from the second I met her. We sat in a room doing absolutely nothing. Some strang, creepy guy named Terry sat at a computer without saying a word the whole 2 hours we sat waiting. FINALLY when our supposed "trainer" (named Dee) came into to "train" us.. she explained some things the job would include & was gone 5 minutes later. Said training would start after lunch, I remind you at this time it was only 1020am. So, apparently we were suppose to sit in this small, tiny room for HOURS.. ridiculous. I told the "head of hr" lady, Donna, I asked for NIGHT SHIFT for a reason & sitting here for hours was unethical, my husband had to be at work & I was told "training" would be ONLY 4 hrs.. not a supposed "you could be here up to 12 hrs!" This job was so unorganized, no one had ANY idea of times, places & jobs people were assigned to do or be. I left without hesitation. A job who has completely hired a whole knew staff should have been my 1st red flag but going in just clarified that in my 27 years, I've never been to a job where they had ABSOLUTELY no idea their a$$ from their face. Poor VOLKSWAGEN of Chattanooga for getting jibbed by this unorthodox company! I have NEVER sat down & took time out of my day to write a google review, but this was absolutely necessary. Stay away from Preferred Precision Group, LLC (out of Pell City, Alabama)

I was very disappointed to see that they have a little portable toilet for all the truck drivers who come pickup or dilver here everyday. For big manufacturing unit like this it's a shame . I hope they can work on that in future.
