  My girlfriend got her second tattoo with Jorge and the service was so exceptional that she ended up having 3 more done by him by the time we left the island.

  Clean, professional and well staffed.
  It was my first tattoo, I walked in to this place because of the great reviews.
  Thinking I was getting ink'd as a walk-in, I was appalled to learn the waiting period was 3 months. The employees were very friendly and asked what was i getting done? They also asked if I had picked an artist to do my first tat. the people at the counter were very helpful picking an artist for me based on my needs. When I finally arrived for my appointment they greated me and helped me feel comfortable while the artist presented me with his ideas.
  The artist was Miguel Del Cuadro, highly recommend. He worked on me for 5hrs, He made sure that my tattoo, looked good, symmetrical, well done and original by adding my personal details into his work.
  
  After they clean me up, they gave me aftercare steps to follow, to keep my tat from fading in the healing process, I even got 2 phone calls from the staff a week later asking how was I doing.
  Truely happy with my tattoo, with the artist and staff. Great work, already thinking of the next one.

  Loved it. Joey Rodriguez was excellent, quick and had a lot of empathy for me as it was my first. I'd recommend this place to anyone. The staff is kind, friendly and, of course, talented.

  Very upscale place. They take thier time and are very helpful. They even offer beverages and snacks :) looks like an art gallery from the outside defiantly comming back next time I'm in Puerto Rico! And Sofia the receptionist was very helpful as well as beautiful young lady

  I've gotten tattooed here with Joey Rodriguez various times and all of the times I've visited I can say that the customer service and care is amazing also all of the procedures before and after the tattoo are detailed and precise, they answer any question you have with a calm attitude. The waiting list is long but I've never minded the wait with the quality of the result. Joey Rodriguez is a high quality tattooist I recommend him and the team 100%.
