Good ‘ol boys wrenching on vehicles. Not as thorough as you would like out of an import specialist. Look elsewhere.
Horrible. They did work on my car and didn't put it back together. They left out bolts and parts which caused more damage to my vehicle and than blamed me for there negligence. The owner John did not want to admit that they were wrong in this situation even though they were completely in the wrong by not comunicating what they did to the car and what parts they did not put back on the car, causing about another grand in damages. I would highly not recommend this place.
Out more money than I should have been and didn't even fix the car.
Good knowledgeable service.
Great service! Lovely family business.
Honest work and prices. It's worth me driving an hour out of my way!
EXTREMELY overpriced and even locals told me they were high however car broke down and this was the closest repair shop. Told me 3 different prices over the phone only to come in and pay more than all of them quoted. Rude service. NEVER AGAIN!
Friendly and caring family owned business. Quality work in a timely manner. Straight forward and helpful. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for when it comes to auto repairs.
Very professional, family owned, and very careful about asking permission before doing any additional work. This is not garage if you are looking to cut corners, but if you want the work done right the first time give them a visit. They work on import and domestic but I seem to imports there when I pass by their location. I do recommend.
I have an older truck , 4 wheel drive, which I need for getting out of my neighborhood when the road is icy. Also, this truck is used to carry anything I cannot fit into my car. The Voelske family treats me very respectfully , irrespective of what I am driving. Having a vehicle diagnosed and repaired can be a chore if those involved treat the owner as just another person from whom they can acquire a dollar bill. That is NEVER applicable at Voelske's. Even a female is given an explanation of the vehicle's problems in terms anyone could understand. The entire Voelske family treats me as if I were family; what more could I ask for? Plus, the repair job is always reasonably priced. As far as I'm concerned, this business is "what's good about Statesville".
I brought a 2007 328i to them to diagnose TPMS light and an AIRBAG/SRS light. Knowing BMWs in general require special attention from a special type of technician. With that being said they diagnosed the entire vehicle in under an hour and a half of dropping it off with no appointment saying that the light was turned off and fixed while the air bag light was caused by a defective PASSENGER SEAT RECOGNITION SENSOR which by the vin of the vehicle would be covered under warranty from a BMW Dealership. They easily could have sold me the work and I would have paid out of pocket for the repair, but they decided honesty is there policy and I will be recommending any one in need of a fair priced repair for their imported vehicle. A-Plus service on all accounts.
