I went in to the salon fighting tears. I couldn’t breath. I literally sat in the corner and waited for my appointment and wiped little tears away. When it was my turn I explained how I had damaged my own hair and how important my hair was to me. How I’ve been trying to grow it out for so long and it’s so difficult with hashimotos and I just couldn’t believe I damaged my hair. I asked Grace to please save what she could of my hair but let her know I was fully prepared to leave with an A-line. But, this amazing woman did not let me leave with an A-line. She saved a majority of my hair and honestly gave me such an amazing treatment that I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. I went in unable to breathe and I left feeling relaxed, smiling and laughing. Grace is a miracle worker and I can’t thank her enough!!!!!! 5 stars isn’t enough for this business

First time there to get a hair cut. My hair was to my waist and I had it cut to just below my shoulders. Had it layered too. Great service and great hair cut. Grace was my stylist. I will definitely be going back.

It was my first time visiting Vivid and I had a great experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. I had my roots touched up along with a gloss and I went from mid back length to a shoulder length haircut. I love the result! Grace did my hair and she was kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back to Vivid in the future for trims and touch ups.

Vanessa and her assistant are amazing, I came in for extensions because I hated the current status of my hair. she colored and matched my hair perfectly! I went with sew in extensions, and I am so happy with my hair! They feel great, they look amazing, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Vanessa!
