A great place to live. Very friendly and responsive staff. The only problem is probably they don't offer the same rate to current residents which they are offering to new residents. If someone is already paying more than what you are offering to new residents why to increase rent more for that person. I would like to give a five but now 4.

I am very pleased with our choice. The staff was very polite and very informative when we were first shopping around. I’m pleased to say that that we still continue to have the same level of service from them. I appreciate the maintenance staff And their professionalism, they are quick to responses. Overall we love the Apartment and the atmosphere.

You will learn a lesson from here.
The money you pay for this complex does not worth it. Nowhere will be renewed or replaced but they will put CHARGES ON U.
They put additional arbitrary charges on you in all kinds of ways all the time.
Don't ever dream to take your deposit or gym deposit back. NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU ARE, HOW CAREFULLY YOU LIVE, YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

You pay so called one time 125 dollars admin fee, which is understandable.
But Every 25 Days they charge you water admin fee, water base admin fee, sewer admin fee, sewer base admin fee, gas admin fee, water-storm admin fee, trash fee, trash admin fee,etc. RIDICULOUS Again and again More than ever you could imagine!
Utilities are super SKY HIGH HERE!!!
I guess that's why neighbors are changing all the time.

They charge you billing fee!
They charge you connection fee even there is nothing for them to connect for you.

When you question about it, they only tell you this is one time charge.
But they will put those in you bill ever 25 days, but not 30 days which making YOU ACTUALLY PAY 13 MONTHS UTILITIES IF YOU LEASE 12 MONTHS!
So You Always pay One More Month's utilities!!!
SO TRICKY BUT IS IT ILLEGAL??!!
If you don't PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION to each of your bill, the only thing you know is you always own this complex money!

But you don't get benefits from what you pay!
If you move into this complex unfortunately,
Be ready for a list of items you need to pay when you move out even you KEEP the apt exactly the same as it was.

They charge you for cleaning fee NO MATTER WHAT!
Even though they tell you as long as there is no damage, you are good to go.
But you will get a bill later telling you all your deposits have been swallowed and you still own them a couple hundred dollars.

When you tell them you are sure your apt is super clean, more than shining.
They ask a receipt from you that showing you paid some professionals to wholly clean your apt.
Basically,
You have to hire a cleaning company to clean the whole apt.
But do doubt it even you do hire someone, this complex still charge you after you move.
DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE WILL DO THE WALK OUT WITH YOU THE DAY YOU MOVE OUT. They always tell you bad news later.

You never know until your bill comes.
They charge you items without any explanation.
No matter how carefully you live in this apt, they could always find indivisible thing as an excuse for charging you more.

When you go to the office. They say they find some crashes, which are hardly showed or visible. They show you pictures which only show you apartment is clean BUT they can always say it's NOT within their arbitrary STANDARD.

Even though everything is exactly the same 99.9% if it's not 100%. The maintenance always tell you this and that won't matter, so they leave the same as you move in.
But they put charges on you when you move out just using those won't matter things.

There is no use to communicate via email or in person.

The only answer you will get is you have to pay, pay, pay for whatever they list in your bill!!!!

Definitely complain to the supervision regulator!!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Vistas at Hackberry Creek! The staff have been nothing short of friendly, greeting me with a smile every time I see them. The property is always clean with cordial neighbors. No complaints to be found here, five out of five stars.

We've been living here for the past two yrs and have had a very good experience. The location is great and the front desk staff are always very responsive and helpful. Any work orders we put in gets promptly done. We have some pest issues at our unit and the treatment they offer doesn't seem to be very effective. Other than that, we've had a pleasant experience.

I've lived here for a few years now and I appreciate how they keep the grounds clean and free from loose trash on the community. Of course some residents do not follow the trash pick up schedule but that's just certain residents that do not care. You pay for what you get so if you are looking for reasonable pricing in a nice area then this is where you need to be! Alyssa and Egniz are awesome in the office and maintenance have a really fast response time!

We have been living in this apartment complex for almost 3 years and I must say we are very pleased with it.

The front desk staff is always helpful and welcome you with a smile.

The maintenance service here is awesome as they always take care of any reported issue promptly and we don't have to follow up even once.

There is ample of parking space available for everyone.

Overall we love it and plan to continue as much as we can.

I just renewed! I really enjoy living here. The staff is great. Especially our leasing director. They really go the extra mile! Maintenance concerns are addressed promptly and courteously. Great location and beautiful golf course views.

I've been living here for almost 7 months now and I've seen so much improvement in the apartments, management/staff, amenities and the residents.The area is great and the location is so convenient since we have many places around us..I'm so glad I can say that I love my home! Love the pool area. For the price it's a decent place to stay.

I really love it here. I moved to Las Colinas on February of 2015 and with so many different choices around I choose to stay at Vistas not only for the living amenities and location but for the quality of the people, not only their friendly staff but also the tenants. I definitely recommend vistas to anyone looking for a new community.

Recently relocated to TX. I wanted to stay close to my job and within budget. I visited several places before making Vistas at Hackberry Creek my new home. Denise made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Friendly staff and maintenance resolved my minor issues immediately. Very pleased with my decision.

I don't like living here. My neighbors (some of them) are ignorant and loud. Not the fault of the complex, but still extremely annoying. Besides that the place is overpriced. There's better in Las Colinas for a little bit more money. Will not renew my lease.

Great, quiet community. Units are nice. Prompt, same day maintenance. However, the laundry facilities on site are out of service.
