Everyone is always helpful. There is a good selection of product, and they have even helped me order special order product when I needed it. I have lived in other places and I usually avoid general hardware stores, preferring supply houses. However, Imperial Stores have made me a loyal customer and I have been back over and over again.

It's not a bad place they have some of the things that you want but it's only the convenience factor that makes it semi worth it I can pay $5 $10 sometimes even more than that extra for each item because I'm getting it here as opposed to going to El Centro and picking it up and I have to get a general one just because they don't have specific things here in stock so it's good for minor around the house things with Kevin kind of jobs generally it's just better to drive to El Centro and get it at Home Depot or Lowe's. Their customer service is definitely good but it's just their selection like I can't find what I want and when I do find it it's I'm paying a lot more for it.

This review is for the Brawley store very terrible customer service. Instead of working and asking if you need help with anything the idiots are just standing around blabbing their mouths off. I confronted one of the idiots I believe his name was tony he was very rude and had a it's my way or the highway attitude, defentialy need to have employees take customer service training or give the jobs to people who will actually work! I will try the El Centro location hopefully it will have humans working and not idiots. Hell the manager would be better off hiring monkeys and apes at least they would do the job!
