We just got a 9 weeks old puppy, and we had no idea of all the basics. How much to feed her, if she was healthy or not, when to wash and all. Dr Rafla answered all of our question very patiently in depth. We also went through a round of vaccines and he kept the dog very calm. I really recommend choosing him as your pets vetrinar!

I just moved into the area and was very, very fortunate to have found Vine Animal Hospital!!! Dr. Rafla was so kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly to me. I had my almost 13 yr old, x-large, long-haired Maine Coon shaved (after being put under, as well as blood work & wellness shots. I was also pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff was and the Doc worked with me on the price. My quote was actually more than what he charged. I highly recommend taking your pet here and feeling confident that they'll be properly taken care of and now Chief is doing great! He's happy about being shaved and free of mats and that makes me feel relieved for my little/big buddy! He's acting like he's young again :) Thank you Dr. Rafla & Staff!!

Dr. Rafla and his staff are amazing! I drove 45 minutes to visit this place, and it was worth it. And the price was better than anything I've spent before! Also, usually my pet begins to shake in fear the moment I step foot into a place to see a vet, and whines the entire time, exclaims pain when being treated, etc. From the moment she walked in, she was excited, no shaking, barely made any noise, just amazing. And the place is EXTREMELY clean Definitely coming here again.

I've been there twice recently for my cat and they have been very helpful. I got in quick, once they even stayed open late for me, which I was so appreciative of. After each visit they called to check in on how my cat was doing. The treatment they offered was effective and my cat is back to his old self. I would recommend this place to anyone!

AMAZING Veterinarian!! Dr Rafla is the epitome of a top notch vet you can trust. Our family has had pets for 20+ years and experienced various vet services over time. Vine Animal Hospital is the only place we've experienced where the Dr. and staff take time with you and your family pet. They allocate time between appointments ensuring to provide quality service, not rushed. Dr. Rafla initially took time over the phone to discuss their services, annual physicals, vaccines and cost. Rates are wonderful, you are not overcharged. Compared to the prior vet we had for 8 years, Dr. Rafla's cost for every service provided including vaccines, etc had significant savings. Most importantly, Dr Rafla is sincerely caring, patient, attentive and truly takes time to explain everything in detail. Our 9 year old German Shepherd, Zeus was the calmest he has ever been going for his vaccines and annual physical. At the end of his check up, Zeus did not want to hurry to the car as he usually did at his last vet for years. We even took a few additional moments for Dr. Rafla to take us on tour of his new facility which was extraordinary, clean, sterile, very impressive and hi-tech. We highly recommend Vine Animal Hospital so you and your loving pet will be very satisfied across all levels. On a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best)..we rate Dr. Rafla and his Animal Hospital 20 for exceptional!! We are thrilled to have found a wonderful veterinarian for our Russian Blue Cat Smokie and our GSD! I took my English Bulldog to see Dr. Rafla for his yearly exam and shots, as well as for some issues he was having. Dr. Rafla was very thorough in his examination of my dog and took the time to explain the tests he performed. He did not rush through the appointment and made sure I knew how and when to administer the medicines my dog was prescribed. I am very happy with the care my dog received.

Hands down the best Vet I have been to! Very thorough and caring. As a first time pet owner I had so many questions. He took his time and answered all of my questions. If I called for an appointment he always gets me in right away. I am extremely happy with the service he provides. Highly recommend!

Good Experience from A-Z!
I went in with my dog for annual check up, vaccinations, bloodwork. I enjoyed the visit with Dr. Rafla and his friendly staff. They made sure every step (and associated cost) was communicated and understood. Nice and spacious facility. Vine Animal Hospital has their own online pharmacy, which makes it easy to order supplies conveniently shipped to my home. Prices are very competitive and I do not have to drive anywhere or fax paper work around.response / report this review -

This veterinarian was worth the drive from Sandy Springs. They were very thorough in the exam of my dog and the prices were fair. I liked that the doctor explained everything and went over all the prices with us so we could make the right choices for our dog. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Dr. Rafla was very thorough, the clinic is very nice and clean. I really appreciated the complimentary first visit fee promotion. I also received a check up call after my visit, which is very nice. I highly recommend this practice.

I went in knowing nothing about the treatment my puppy needed but Dr. Rafla explained everything that he was doing in great detail, as well as provided me with tons of information that other places wouldn't give. None of the whole "your dog is good bye". He even followed up with me the next day to see that everything is ok. The staff truly cares about the practice. I very much look forward to coming back again.

Dr. Rafla and his staff are very knowledgeable and very thorough. My dogs were at ease with all of them. This will be a permanent health-care home for Dallas and Delilah.
