Felt pressured to buy here. Salesman not willing to wiggle on the purchase price. You could tell he really just wanted a sale. The extended warranty was a big rip off. Was told I could cancel in the first 60 days but they left out the part that I wouldn't be refunded tax which was $300. Just an uncomfortable experience. Wouldn't recommend going.

Very bad customer service. Jim at the service department is probably the worst of all I have met. His passive aggressive approach just threw me off from the minute I met him. They should learn customer service from their sister company Vinart Honda service reps. Been going there for 4 years. Definitely won’t return.

After having my baby I went to Vinart to get a more reliable used vehicle. They sold me a pre owned Honda Accord 2008. The transmission was slipping and there was an oil consumption problem. There was a class act law suit against this make and model I later found out for the oil consumption. The vehicle was under warranty. They advised me to keep bringing back the car to make sure there was a definite problem. Mind you my parents and family live outside of Philadelphia, which is about 57 miles away, and I couldn't add any oil to the car because they wouldn't be able to accurately gage my oil consumption properly. I was advised not to leave the area with my new car!! My baby couldn't see her grandparents for months. After being so desperate I decided to go back to the dealership because my car was still not fixed by Vinart, having a new baby driving around for three months in a lemon and making monthly payments on the car was making me nervous and making me sick, I should have went eles where. When I went back to the dealership my back was up against the wall and I went with a new car a Hyundai Elantra my car payment is $475 because the Honda with all of the problems they sold me three months prior rolled over $4000 onto my new loan. I since then had to go back to work and leave my daughter in efforts to pay for this car. I knew I couldn't afford a new car to begin with, that is why I went with the pre owned Honda. However I have never missed a payment and never have paid late on my loan! So sorry I ever went there Edwin Salazar ruined everything. We were trying to save to buy a home. Now everything we have is going to a car bc the first car we bought they refused to fix!!

Salesman are rude and nasty, do not buy your car here, especially from Maverick. It would be worth it to find somewhere for a better experience. Jerome the finance manager was extremely helpful with turning the bad experience around.

They sold my name to a company that calls me continuously to hound me about continuing a warranty that has expired. I have told them many times to take my name off their list. To no avail. I finally called Vinart and have been on hold for over six minute and then got voice mail- nobody knows nothing about nothing, and can do nothing!

The staff was very patient and friendly. Maverick went above and beyond to help us through this process. We definitely weren't the easiest customers but Maverick was very patient and professional and deserves a drink and a raise. Will be recommended him/the dealership to everyone I know. Thanks again Maverick.

The certified preowned vehicles sold on this lot should not be trusted. The salesman smile in your face while deceiving innocent buyers.

Do not do business with this car dealer unless you want to work with a group who will lie, and manipulate you. I purchased a warranty through them and they will not honor it. I also was lied to regarding the car being all wheel drive, when it is only front wheel. They do offer a great smile and talk a good game, but that is what any good salesman can do. The issue is with the salesman's knowledge of the product and the inability of the company to stand behind thier warrinty. Out of the 5 cars purchased in my life time, this was by far the worst experience. If you want to fall for a gimmick, this is a good place to go. If wanting to have a good car buying experience, go to any of the other dealerships in the area.
