  Usually have everything might be looking for parts wise and if not can get ahold of them for you good staff good hours never had a complaint and have went often pretty good phone service to and especially for me since I am in reading I call to check on parts before taking the trip

  This place is very unorganized and has terrible staff. Went here looking to buy a vehicle they happened to have one I was interested in but I couldn't get until Friday when I got payed I was told its first come first served cash talks. That night I go right to the bank loan the money till Friday so I had no risk of losing out because he wouldn't take half the cost to hold it. I even called and switched my insurance coverage that way the next day I could just call and add the car into it. The next morning as soon as they open I call to let him know I got the cash and I'm headed over he tells me someone was there looking at the car and will be back in the afternoon to pay for it. I told him well you said first come first served he agrees and put me on hold. Only to cine back on the phone and tell me they put a deposit down and he could not sell it to me when I offered the day before to pay half the cost but "they don't do that". I do not recommend this place at all and will never give them business from either be or my family we would rather go into reading to get work done on our vehicle than to deal with liars and crooks.

  Gene, at Village Motors Inc., returned my call very promptly and had the correct parts. Over the phone, they were able to provide the VIN to for their donor vehicle to me (for verification that the part numbers for my vehicle were the same via the dealer's parts department) prior to ordering. Shipping was fast, rates for parts were reasonable, and their customer service was excellent for this transaction. (May 2016)

  i ordered a part. they gave me the wrong part. the receipt said it was the correct part, but the physical part was incorrect. i returned it with receipt. owner refused to refund my money. would only exchange item. per their "policy" i had already gone elsewhere for the part because i couldnt wait till they were open again. complete rip off. dont leave the store till you are 100% sure you have the right part.

  Knowledgeable, but an attitude like you're offending them by entering their establishment. They overcharge for their parts as well. I don't plan on giving them my business ever again.

  Everyone there was extremely nice and were very helpful!! The prices were really cheap as well. I strongly recommend going here!
