We 💕having this neighborhood spot ,stopping in having a fresh pie made for us. Staff is always nice & we like the family friendly atmosphere

chicken parm hero was aweful. The chicken tasted like i was eating a tire. I also ordered 3 slices and those were also horribly.

Been going there for 29 years since it was across the street .can't beat the staff especially Sophia and Bubba and Miguel. And Indio the cook. I will put them up against any Italian cook on Staten Island the presentation and taste. You can't beat his shellfish dinners or his francese dishes with broccoli rabe and potatoes

The food here is decent at best, so with 8 pizzerias every square mile here on Staten Island, they really need to step their game up. The staff is very slow and sometimes dismissive. Don't expect to come here for a quick lunch. The interior is beyond dated and certainly needs a renovation. Paint is chipping off of the railings and there are random decorations and boxes throughout the restaurant. With so many other great pizza places in this area, I would not recommend it.

Used this place for the first time on Friday 7/28. The quality at my former pizza place has had deteriorating over a number of years where we had to go elsewhere. I was having a large number of family members over for dinner, ten of us in total, and placed an order for 2 specialty pies, one regular pie, two salads and three large Sicilian rice balls. when the $97 order came (in the window of time they told us), One pie was missing and the rice balls were these mini bites. I called and informed them. The woman on the phone was courteous and realized that the missing pie was never even made and that the rice balls I ordered were not something they make. It would have been nice to know this when ordering over the phone over 45 minutes prior. The receipt and order read correctly. I was told this would take another 1/2 hour for them to deliver. It was an inconvenience to say the least. Most places throw in something extra in order to show good faith, or at least a coupon. I know Fridays at pizza places are busy but if you go by the numbers one third of our order was messed up. Over all the food was not much different than a run of the mill pizza place. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Horrible! Boycott this terrible pizzeria!!! The mook with the cap on his head behind the counter tried to shortchange me $10 until i told him!!! Do not even think about going there, Terrible servicethere are so many pizzerias on Staten Island to support besides these cheats!!!! Plus the pizza is not good at all!!! Good riddance and Boycott Villa Monte!!!!

The food is usually good, but Tony (one of the owners) is a jerk. This guy shouldn't be anywhere near customer service. Any time I see him working I just go somewhere else. It's not worth dealing with his attitude or ego for a slice.
