Technician never show up for the 12p-4pm window that they had scheduled and never called us to reschedule, finally came back with second schedule, but could not even tell what the problem was with the hood fan!!

I was extremely surprised by the service and professionalism of an employee named Sean, who came to me and served my monogram cooktop at a very high level!
