After being discharged from Baptist, medical South, I was placed on a trilogy machine. The respiratory therapist that came to my house to set this up was Tanika Robinson. Over a period of about two weeks I had to call Tanika quite often to tell her the difficulties I was experiencing with the different mask. She was very patient. She listened very thoroughly and always did what it took to find what was a better fit for me. We changed mask about three times to three different mask. Tanika did everything to find out what works best for me, including the settings on the trilogy machine or just making sure that I had all the material that I needed to be comfortable. I was very impressed with Vi-Med from the beginning when my rep, Christie did everything she could to make sure I was released from the hospital the day before Thanksgiving. Vi-med

I had to get another full face mask for my cpap machine, because the first masks were uncomfortable. So viemed told me I would get it at no cost. But instead I got a bill for the mask.
So I called and talked to Meghan and she took care of it for me. and she made sure I got it for free. And she called me back before 5pm. So I highly recommend viemed.response / report this review -

I recently had a home sleep study done and Raven and Jillian made the process so easy and seamless. They explained everything thoroughly. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. When I brought the equipment back, I informed them that I may have messed up on the first night. They reassured me not to worry and they would handle it.

The staff here is very friendly and eager to help, the Respiratory Therapist are amazing, and everyone smiles. Amazing company. i would highly recommend Vie Med for all your respiratory needs!

Machine works well, However the sales/service rep was always late, never called to say he was running late, and didn't show up at all for some appointments. Just asked for another rep to service the machine, she had an appointment today for 3:00pmIt is now 3:30p and has not called to say she is running late! Ugh!
