Great concert Fallout Boy. This place rocks! We were given up graded seats close to the stage. They wanted to place people close together. We were at the top and lots of seats where empty so,the venue staff decided to place us closer! Love the fact I saw the band close up and not far away. I shall be coming back to this Arena. Also, had cool parking behind where wasn't that many cars and getting out was a breeze!!!

The Arena was huge and airy with space to accommodate more people than what I heard. Great place!

Working on tours that come to mid sized venues, this is a good one. Plenty of backstage area and having the parking lot to load in and out of makes it a breeze.

Flew in from Houston to see Hans Zimmer tonight (August 12, 2017) this is a very nice place and i enjoyed the seats and the parking was nice to . Don't know if I am ever going to come back here for a concert since I live in Texas but I must say that I really enjoyed San Diego this weekend with the temps in the low 70s in August seeing how the heat index in Houston was a 110 today

Great place very small making it feel like your close to stage but the seats can be a little hard! Overall love it.

We attended Lionel Richie/Mariah Carey concert. They were fantastic! The venue was good but I wish the acoustics were better. The band really overshot and drowned the artists out. Especially when Mariah performed. Also they really need to make the row numbers more visible especially in the dark!!! Very hard to find your seat once the lights are down.

Not great, not bad for a college arena. For a big event get there early for parking. Traffic backs up one mile on freeway for that exit.

Great vibe. Getting in and out of the parking lots is extremely confusing though. They really need to provide better directions - if it's your first trip down there, and its a night, good luck. Pretty simple snack bar offerings. Overall, a very good time.

Been to this venue many times. They get a lot of good concerts. A few things to know about this arena. Arrive early since there's usually a long line from the freeway for parking. There's no suites or upper levels. It's just the floor and 35 rows of seats above it. Meaning you have to walk down 35 rows to get to the floor, if you have floor seats. There's only one elevator from the floor that can get jammed. There's seperate bathrooms and concessions for floor seats. However, the lines are longer there for both than the ones when you enter the arena on top. The interior walkway around the arena on top to get to your seats can get jammed and it is not much space to begin with. Security here is consistently lazy. People smoke right outside the arena doors. Will call pick up is very slow especially when it's a sold out show. On the positive side the arena is smaller than some of its competition so even the further back seats have a decent view of the stage.

It's the arena on the SDSU Campus. Viejas has naming rights. Was Cox arena before this. Great venue though. Holds 12,414 people for normal games and events.
