Called ahead about used vehicle to check on availability, was told they would have the vehicle ready for us and ask for Bob,after driving for 1.5 hrs arrived at dealership asked for Bob and was told that he was not working. Was told the car was across the street at the other dealership, proceeded to the other dealer and they said they didn't have the vehicle, finally was told by one of the managers the car was out on test drive and may be sold could they help me with something else, also found out the vehicle had been in accident after told that it was clean trade in. Just be careful with this dealer they will tell you anything to get you there..

I wouldn't even give a single star to this place. We bought a BRAND NEW 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport three years ago, when the new body style came out from them. The first oil change was free, but you had better have made sure your day was free. It took 4 HOURS, while waiting, with a 3 month old, to get the oil changed. During that visit, we were informed that there was a current recall, they would order the parts and give us a call when the parts came in to schedule fixing the issue.STILL WAITING, 2 1/2 years laterBut, a few weeks ago, got another recall notice in the mail, called the next day to Classic Toyota to schedule, FOR THE NEXT WEEK, informed what recalls were for, asked for a loaner (Their loaner was out). I called on the Tuesday of the week I was scheduled to drop it off and asked again if they had a loaner, and also told them to change the oil and rotate the tires while they had it. Anyways, I dropped my car off on the scheduled day (Thursday), had someone pick me up, and left it for them to fix the following day. My husband and I went to pick it up on that Saturday. My husband goes in to pay for the oil change and tire rotation, and walks back out with the service manager. They had to order the recall parts they said. They hadn't done a SINGLE THING TO MY CAR!!!!! Said they would call when the parts got here. Well its been two weeks and I'm still waiting I AM FURIOUS WITH THEIR SERVICE!

PLEASE READ: EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Please for the love of god do not give this place a time of day. They don't even deserve one star on this review Bc they are so awful!! I bought a car from here 2 months ago, "got financed and APPROVED", drove off the lot with my car & everything. I called them not once but FIVE times within a two week span to find out when I would be receiving my tags. They kept telling me they were waiting on papers from the bank? So I took the time to call the bank myself where they told me flat out that I was "pre-approved" for the loan and the car dealership never finished the paperwork but let me drive off the lot like why?!? Then when I called them to let them know what I was told, their response was "bring us the car back or we are coming to get it". Well I understood they weren't funded for the car so it was still theirs but in their own contract it states that I have 3 days to figure out other ways of finaincing this car. They then, without telling me, ran my credit through more banks! The bank I initially went thru, Marine Federal Credit Union, then told me they would approve me with my information. I then sent all of it in and then they gave me the run around. So for a month I drove this car trying to figure everything out & waited to hear back from the bank and then BAM! The dealership threatened to take my car AGAIN & said they would keep my $1000 down payment if they had to come get it! So I went through a bank in the city I live in and got approved within an hour and sent them the check. They then gave me a hard time about giving me a receipt from where I paid for the car?? Now, it's been a total of two months with this car & ive called the dealership FOUR times in the past couple weeks about getting my tags AGAIN & they keep telling me that the woman who deals with that is either "out on lunch", "isn't in today" or "left sick". THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My tags run out TODAY. I would NEVER recommend this place. They have AWFUL customer service, try to mark up prices even when online it says otherwise, charged me a $500 fee just Bc it was a used car and have a $500 doc fee. They are a bunch of crooks at this place and they should be ashamed of how they do business.

Also, I honestly feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman and this was my first car purchase. So like I said in the beginning, BEWARE OF CLASSIC TOYOTA OF NORTH WILKESBORO. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through such an awful experience as I did.

Sales department is amazing, very helpful and will answer any questions, but service department is terrible. This is not my first service call, but today was the worst. Brought my car last week, I had no brakes, and needed tires. I picked it up today, Monday, May 15th and it still had no brakes!!!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Preying on someone who took every last dime of their hard to come by disability income. My step daughter came there excited to get her first car after having seizures all her life and finally being cleared by her drs to drive. You were told her boyfriend was only working as they needed him(never mind the fact he obtained a full time job in this process making him much more able to make the payments) You are lieing about his past job it has been confirmed with his previous employer. Now you not only take the car back but also keep the down payment. What reasoning do you have for keeping the money? Did you sell a car? NO. Y'all are about as dirty lowlife as they come. Keep your precious car, but give her back her money! You'll have to pay for what you've done one day!!!!! SCUM!!!!!

Went to this place to fix the ac compression unit. Came out the shop with the radio not working. They tried blaming the 'tow service' before finding out I was the one that towed it in. Then manager said 'these things just happen'Ever since I have a short somewhere that drains my battery every day. All of this after having them 'work' on it. Beforehand not one single problem. You might expect a local shop to screw people over to have them keep coming in for more service, but to get this from a big corporation is just sad. In summary, if I had enough evidence before taking it in, I'd sue these assholes for trying to screw me for more business.
