I found a used truck that I was I interested in purchasing. I contact the internet sales and inquired about the truck. We talked numbers for a while and come to some what of an agreement. I told her that I had to work that evening and I would be in the next day. She said ok and set me up for an appointment the next day. She said let her know when I was on my way. Before I left my home the following day, I told her I was on my was my way. I drove over an hour one way. When I got there a guy took my information and pulled a truck around. I told him that it was the wrong truck. He said that the truck I was interested in had sold early that morning. I don't mind they sold the truck, but don't mislead me. EARLIER that day when I contacted the girl , she should have told me that they sold it. I waste two hours of my time. If you read other reviews, you will she they do this a lot to other customers. The old bait and switch. I advise no one to do any form of business with VICTORY NISSIAN.
Great people and great service and they make you feel welcome every time . thank you to all the people at
victory Nissan .
Great service super nice employees and understood exactly what we wanted/looking for. If you go in ask for Gene aloi he is AMAZING!
Good service and I love my new carbut they haven't paid off my old car and the old company calls me daily looking for the pay off check..
Great folks there. Very friendly, prompt. Always very happy to have my car services done with the Victory folks. . Chelsea Lawrence is always on top of everything as well as all the staff! They make you feel at home there while you wait.
We were driving through to get to the eclipse with not time to waste. low air in tire light came on in my Sentra and we were in panic. luckily the Victory Nissan dealership was there to save the day. they re-filled and inspected all tires and send us on our way. we made it to the eclipse in Hopkinsville KY in time thanks to Chelsea Lawrence, and the rest of the team. all of this was free. I could not ask for better people.
I purchased a truck from here in July. I noticed that the leather interior was filthy so I expressed my concern to have it detailed. The salesman ensured me that they would have it detailed the very next day. I took the truck home that night (an hour away) and returned the next day to have it detailed to find out that "the detailing guys were swamped". The salesman attempted to wipe it down and gave me many apologies, but in the end I still went home (an hour away) with the same dirty, oily leather seats.
Additionally, there was no key fob when I test drove the truck because the "key guy had found another job, but we have it here and we'll find it and send it to you". I never received a key fob. The fob and installation will cost me around $400 and professional interior detailing $75, both things that they ensured would be taken care of.
To add the cherry on top, its been over a month and the local county clerk still hasn't received anything regarding my vehicle registration, therefore I'm still driving with temporary tags. Whenever I call the dealership to speak with the title person she isn't in. Purchasing from this dealership has been filled with regret, frustration, and dissatisfaction.
Worst place to buy anything. They made me drive 50 miles and told me the car is already sold. Very poor communication. Worst customer service
Their customer service is excellent I rather not go to any other car lot but Nissan
Excellent customer service! Everyone you meet from the time you set foot on property, until you depart is super nice and helpful. No sales pressure, just the facts then they will walk away and let you decide. And I'm not a Nissan fan; my wife is. But I'm certain if and when she wants to upgrade again; Victory Nissan will have my business!
Second time I went with someone to help them pick a vehicle. My son was the one to purchase a truck this time. Jeremy North has helped both times. Hoping my 3rd visit will be for myself and Mr. North is still present. Thank Victory Nissan of Dickson for another family vehicle and happy family member!
The service advisor was lazy. I had a scheduled appointment time to have service done on a company truck. She said she didn't recognize the company account and refused to look up my scheduled appointment with the Information. Stated I would have to pay for service then get our service contractor to reimburse later. Rude and lazy. Update, had a manager from my company come into thier service department to try and resolve the issue. The service department stated they would ensure an account was set up and would contact them the following morning. Well they failed again. No contact from anyone. The interesting part is that prior to leaving one of the employees that was watching came and apologized for the ladies actions and stated that it happens over and over with her and management does nothing about it. Strange that they would turn away a company account with dozens of vehicles to service in the area. I'll make sure to submit several reviews with other sites so other companies don't have thier time and money wasted.
