  We have recently purchased our third hot tub (over a thirty year period) from Presque Isle Hot Tubs and couldn't be happier. It is a very high quality product, but the service and customer assistance is above and beyond. Mark, Mike, and Ryan are all top notch and we highly recommend Presque Isle Hot Tubs to anyone interested in a hot tub or sauna. Thanks for all the relaxing soaks.

  I cannot be more pleased with my experiences with this company. The staff is top notch, any and all questions were answered. When it came to delivery, it was amazing. Not only did they accommodate me and my schedule they took the extra time to show me not only how to use my investment but, how to care for. I am very thankful that I read the posted reviews because this store and it's wonderful staff are top shelf.

  PI Hot Tubs is the place to go to be educated prior to the purchase of a hot tub. Mark is awesome and walked us through the entire process from options, to color, to water chemistry and delivery. We would highly recommend PI Hot Tubs for both sales and service.

  Recently purchased a new hot tub from Presque Isle Hot Tub. Sales staff were very knowledgeable of the various models and features available, and helped us to decide on which tub/features were best for us. Installation went smoothly, and clear instructions were provided at installation on how to best maintain the tub. Received follow up contact from Presque Isle Hot Tub rep to see how things were going with the tub, and whether we had any questions/issues. Overall a good experience, and we are very happy with our purchase and Presque Isle Hot Tub. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

  I've had two bad experiences with this company- 1st i went to buy chemicals and waited forever to be waited on, just to be told to go to wherever i purchased my pool from if i needed help 2nd i googled another competitor name because of their stellar customer service just to find out that this company stole their name! I called Presque Isle by accident because they stole someone else's name. Let your product and team speak for itself, don't sink to a unprofessional level and try to mislead customers. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Stopped in to presque isle hot tubs. Asked the salesperson what he recommended for testing and keeping the hot tub clean. Was met with instant resistance. Was asked, where did you buy it? Didn't they tell you what you need? Maybe you should ask the people you bought it from. Needless to say I left empty handed. Seriously!! You can't buy chemicals or get help unless you bought it there..

  I have had hot tubs for 25 years and know lots of horror stories. I can tell anyone from personal experience that these folks are honest, trustworthy, and deliver services for a fare price.
  Ryan is one of the most easy going spa specialists that I know and is not a high pressure salesman.
