If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap so I can sit down eat and study. Me, not liking ranch in any way, when I receive my first wrap, dripping in ranch, politely asked for one with no ranch and got the hardest side eye known to mankind. When I seen the waitress again before the second wrap I apologized and got ignored. Fine. 2 nd wrap less chicken, more lettuce and again literally dripping in ranch. And was watched the entire time as I look at the soggy wrap and just pack my things to leave. To avoid any confrontation from the older waitress that stared me down to the point where even if I did eat the wrap I just would’ve felt completely uncomfortable, I just asked to wrap up my food for me to leave and throw it away outside. Never ever going back not even for a single slice of pizza or a drink. That waitress made me feel like I just ruined her entire life.
Friendly staff. Very yum food. Loved their vegan rollatini. It’s great for vegan, veggie, gluten free and anyone else. I wish I lived closer.
The food here is great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I've worked at several pizzerias so I know how hard it is. That being said, you shouldn't have a situation where your customer is waiting an hour and a half for delivery on a regular day. I don't think the long waits are due to anybody not caring, rather a lack of organization. That out of the way the food really is great
I love this place. It's hard to find a vegan restaurant near me and this one is amazing. Would eat here every day if I could.
Really delicious vegan pizza and entrees. Nice dining atmosphere as well. I recommend the vegan ziti. So good!
Trying to find gluten free options on a menu for my fiance has been trying to say the least. Via Roma had an entire gluten free menu for her! The food was excellent and Alexis our server was very attentive and pleasant. We will most definitely be back!
Excellent gluten-free options, delicious food, and epic portion sizes (always enough for another meal at home). This is one of my favorite restaurants!
Ordered online. Delivery was estimated for 5:45. I called at 6:15 when no one showed up. They told me my order just came through. I call bs. I'm assuming they just never checked the online orders. Extremely frustrating when you've got hungry kids to feed and now have to figure out something else for dinner on the spot. I'll never order from here again.
We love Via Roma and come often for special occasions. Service is always pleasant and helpful. They have a full Vegan menu of so many items it's amazing. So if you or someone you know is Vegan or if you want to try plant based, animal free quality Italian meal this is one of your top options in the area. They also have lots of gluten free items and vegetarian. I always pick up a container of Vegan chocolate chip cookie dough. It's incredible!
I ordered a large, plain pizza and a roasted vegetable salad. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was old. No doubt one made early in the day, or left over from the day before, and sold for slices. It was cold, hard as a rock and horrible. My roasted vegetable salad was mostly pickled peppers, sautéed onions and broccoli. It was awful, even the dressing and the bread that came with the salad were really awful as well. I discarded it all. It was not edible. I did phone in a complaint, the girl was very nice, however, no manager got on the phone. Never again!!!
Appetizer portions are large and so fresh. Bring you own liquor. Dinner is great here, cooked fresh so takes a while for it to arrive. Vegan and Vegetarian options have an entire seperate menu, so offer alot of choices.
Very good staff. Menu had plenty of options and the food is delicious and good portion too. I've been there many times and would go there again. They have a separate vegan menu with many options to pick from too.
They have a separate vegan menu with classic Italian dishes like eggplant parmigiana, lasagna and pizza all with vegan cheese. They even serve vegan butter with their bread! They really make an effort to offer some comfort food for vegans and their portions are gigantic. Whatever you order, you can easily get 2 meals out of it. It's not the healthiest vegan food since everything uses Daiya cheese, but hey, they are not trying to be a macrobiotic raw plant based restaurant, they are a pizzeria and they are doing us a great service by having some hearty options that don't include animal ingredients. Give them a go and support their veg menu!
