From the moment I walked into this store I have been lied to repeatedly. Please do NOT use this store. Go to Panama City, FL. store.
Also call customer service with ANY issues FIRST! The only reason I gave this store a 1 star is because I didn't have the option of zero.
Get some honest, knowledgeable workers and people will shop there. Wish I would have talked to others before going there. It's sad when people know the store your talking about without you mentioning the name.response / report this review -

By far the one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I went to buy a plan and was lied to along with taken advantage of and cheated, Please do not go to this store because they ARE THERE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!! I found that out the hard way.

Verizon does not have customer service. I went to get my account number at this store and was given a number to call. I was on hold for 35 minutes.

My husband and I purchased two new phones outright. One day after purchasing my husbands speaker started acting up. He went up there the next week since we had an 11 day period to exchange it if it had any problems, they did not have anymore in stock and said they would order one and call his when it came in. Two weeks later we called because they did not. They said they lost his number but had one set aside for him and to just come up when he could. He went up there today and because they did not call when it came in they said they couldn't replace the phone with a new one!!! So we are now paying $800 for a freakin refurbished phone! Needless to say we will not be back!!!

They are overpriced and do not give the same deals and sales as a real Verizon store. Don't waste your time going to this store. Go to a corporate store in Marianna, Dothan, or Panama instead.
