  Erick Cuervo has a supreme customer service skill set. He was so very professional, efficient and helpful. He made me feel important, he listened and explained everything carefully and got the perfect payment for me, saving me $125 plus a month!!!!! Outstanding service. If he was my employee I would give him top pay plus some. Very impressed with this young man.

  I had spoken to three other people yesterday and they kept disconnecting me. I spent an hour trying to pay my bill. Then I finally got in touch with Erik..omg. he was great..he helped me find a cheaper policy.
  And renwed t it for me.He cared and actually took his time with me and acted like it was his pleasure. You need more people like Erick..
  .he speaks English very well, and he was kind and patient with me
  The other foreign operators were rude and didn't even attempt to helo. I will only deal with ERICK FROM NOW IN. Give THE GUY A RAISE

  I’m beyond happy with this company service and everything is because of Laura Chavez, oh my god she was really helpful , patient, so kind and respectful. She knew everything I asked her, she answered all of my questions, she found the perfect quote for me in which I feel comfortable to pay, the process was so easy because Of her.
