  Initially I was going to give a poor review because of my experience with an employee named “Kat” allegedly the “manager” of this establishment. But thankfully I had some very positive experiences with an employee at a sister location named Angie and another employee at this location named Luis and they are both very good at their job and deserve praise so I don’t want my review to be reflective of just the one bad experience I had with one unprofessional employee. I had purchased some pods for an Orion DNA one night from someone other than Kat, and we both accidentally overlooked that there was only one in the box. I didn’t have time that night to go back because he had already closed and I was also busy for the next few days as well so it took me a little while to come back in and explain what had happened. Now I am completely aware of the entire scenario because I’m probably one of the only customers, if not the only one, that buys this particular pod for a older model Vape. I was in the store a couple weeks prior to this and I had purchased one pod instead of a pack of two from the owner and he took one of the pods out of a box and returned the single pod back to the box, so that box only held one from that point forward and that is more than likely the box I ended up purchasing that following night. A very simple and forgivable misunderstanding. When I went into the store and spoke with the young lady named “Kat” she first asked me if I had my receipts, undoubtedly hoping I would say no at which point she would’ve just been able to avoid the situation altogether. However I did have my receipts, not only for the purchase that was accidentally shorted but also for the prior purchase so I could easily prove everything. Now I completely understand that if she were claiming to be a lower level employee that she wouldn’t be able to compensate me for the mistake, or do any action that could potentially cost the store money. So I was completely prepared to be told that I would need to speak with a manager or something to handle it, which I was absolutely fine with. However that is not what happened, she claimed she was the manager, and then after asking if I had my receipts and having me go get them she then proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely nothing she could do and essentially started treating me like I was trying to run some kind of scam. She wouldn’t even give me any information to be able to talk to a supervisor or someone above her. I tried to ask her when the owner would be in and she just kept making excuses and trying to get me to just give up. It was rude and inconsiderate and not becoming of a manager at all to display such poor customer service. Unfortunately she let slip where the sister store was and I was able to find it to her surprise and called and spoke with Angie who is an amazing employee and saved the interaction and my future patronage. She is amazing and definitely knows her way around customer service. I have since returned to this location and I was served by Luis and he is also an amazing employee as well so I’m definitely going to keep coming back because of those two.

  With many locations throughout southern Florida. Vapes and smokes aim to please. Their team members are very knowledgeable about the they sell. Team members very helpful, friendly,. Kind and respectful. Smokes and vapes carry just about every product you might be looking. From glass pipes, cigarette papers, & butane lighter fluid smoke and vapes are the giant in their field. They are very discreet and offer great customer service. They do close early however. They should have a few of their stores.stay open later. Especially on the weekends. Prices are a bit expensive. But I find that these types of stores sell expensive items. Check them

  This place has been getting bad reviews. I don't get it. Armani (I hope I got her name right) the manager is extremely helpful and nice. I love the place and go there at least once a week.
