Ed Pagan is amazing! He is energetic, highly knowledgeable and passionate about helping people! I am new to Florida and all the bugs that live here. Ed took the time to educate me on the problem areas in and around my home that could lead to a pest infestation. I so appreciate his kindness, work ethic and personalized service! I now look forward to his regular visits and know who to call if I have any questions!

We switched to Liberty after our last pest company was less than desirable and we only had them for a short period of time when we first moved to the area. That was about 8 years ago. Liberty is by far the best. They are fair priced and for the first time, they did a very slight price increase which is acceptable. Dean is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely wants to ensure we are satisfied with the work he performs. He comes to the door to see if we have any concerns or issues since the last visit. We chit chat a bit and I enjoy that personal touch that demonstrates his commitment to his work and keeping the pesky bugs and rodents away. Thank you for everything you do. Great job!

Dan did an amazing service today. He was so thorough and took time to explain to me what I saw and how the treatment would be working now and over time. I immediately referred him and Liberty to my neighbors because of the job well done. I also sold pest control service in the past, so I am very familiar with products and process and this is a company I choose over the big box companies for individualized, personalized treatment. Very happy with this initial treatment!

Ed is the BEST! He is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly. He explains everything so clearly. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about your home. I love to give my business to good humans. He is truly such a good person, trustworthy and reliable. I recommend him to everyone!!

Anthony, the tech that came out was very polite and professional. He explain the entire process and application that he was going to do.
The owner, is also very pleasant when I called. When the owners or management is professional and friendly, that resonates down to the staff and techs.
We need more small businesses like this, where they understand that excellent customer service is not hard to provide and is vital for their business.response / report this review
