At 9:20 a.m. they didn't have 2lbs of jordan cracker chocolates and the customer service was awful! It is a shame this business used to be so prepared for the holidays.

We went to the candy cane event. The kids had a great time and we hope to do it again next year. It was very crowded and one of my kids had a little trouble seeing the whole process.

Out of all the NH chocolatiers, Van Otis is definitely the best. And they are my favorite chocolate brand, period. Their jellies and Swiss fudge are out of this world, and everything else is fantastic too. Their store layout is really nice also. They also do fun activities for adults and kids on a regular basis, and have great sales after holidays.

Went to buy my marzipan. What can I say, I bought their entire stock about a half hour ago. Just tried one. They are hard as rocks, and barely taste at all. So disappointed. We buy their entire stock every year and they are usually a tad hard and stale, but edible., but this is the worst I've ever had! This is a box of rocks. So disappointing. I only go here because it's close to home and the only place I've found marzipan. I won't ever go back. Disgusted. Especially with their prices. They charge $5-15 for advent calendars found across the street for $1-3. Same brand, and everything. Disgraceful.
