You would think possible theft by employees of customers property would be a concern of the employer. They didn't even want to hear it.

I got on in Chicago and we heading to Madison. My reservation didn't mention any transfers and the bus driver was unclear about wether I was supposed to transfer or not in Beloit. And then when he asked where I was going he was very rude when he told me I missed my transfer that nothing mentioned. It was clean and more or less comfortable, but the experience with both drivers was very much less than satisfactory.

Don't book with tgese liw life dirty bitches. My son got on a 3:55 pm bus from Outh Beloit Il and was due to arrive in downtown Chicago at 5:45 pm, now they're saying that he will not make it downtown until 7:00 pm which caused him to miss his 6:40 train, and these bastards are so petty that they refuse to reimburse his fare. BITCHES will never gwt a penny of my money again! !!!

Good service, punctual, clean, courteous. One negative is the wireless capability. While all megabus buses on this route seem to have it, only one Van Galder carries wi-fi. And that has not worked the times Ive traveled on the bus.

I ride with Van Galder up into Madison and back at least once a week. I find their attendants charming, their drivers courteous, and the buses clean and comfortable. They do a very good job of keeping their buses on schedule, and going at all hours. The only thing I found dissatisfying was that their carry-on fees seem rather steep.
