I had a sick foal with very bad diarrhea. They took excellent care of her and got her back to health very quickly. I highly recommend Valley View. Exceptional staff and veterinarians.

Dr Heitman and the staff are fantastic. I have taken all my rotties here. Dr Heitman is so dedicated when my last rottie (Kilo) was 10 years old and very sick Dr Heitman came outside to help me get him out of the car and even did the examination outside so Kilo didn't have to walk very far with his bad back.
When Kilo passed, Valley View took care of everything for me with the funeral home and cremation. They even got me extra paw prints to go along with the fur clippings and his beautiful wood box.
I will always take my pets here. This team really cares about the animals and their owners!

Our dog needed ACL surgery. After looking at places close to our home in Pittsburgh, we were referred to Valley View by an acquaintance who couldn't say enough good about them. We made our consultation appointment and made the 2 hour drive well worth the trip. After meeting with Dr. Rod, we knew this was the place for us. Dr. Rod did the surgery a week later and just 3 days after surgery our dog was putting weight on his surgery leg again after many weeks of walking on just 3 legs. All of their staff members are friendly and the facility is really nice and clean. Our dog loves the staff too(good judge of character). We would highly recommend Valley View to anyone with a pet.

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for years. I took my first dog here who was a stray and he had heart worm along with many other health issues that many said he would not live through. The vets worked their magic and we brought him home a week later! He was pretty healthy throughout his life. He did get sick around 8 years old and they had a lot of trouble diagnosing him. I felt so terrible because I felt like my baby was suffering. Just about when I had given up all hope a vet that no longer works there came up with a diagnoses and treated him for Cushing's Disease. He ended up living a wonderful, love-filled life until he was 15! I now own a rescue dog who was abused by a horrible man. Because of her past, she is afraid of men until she gets to know them and knows that she can trust them. Valley View always meets our needs of needing a woman vet to treat her. She is still afraid of the woman vet at times but she is always patient and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone I know. The only complaint I have is the price. However, most veterinary offices are pretty expensive. I am a veterinary technician myself, and I know that the medications we order and use are as expensive as we charge. I do think some vets over charge for the office calls, but I believe all in all Valley View is a great place to take your pets.
