Almost 250 for 1 tire and alignment okay fine fair enough I didn't want to drive to savannah. But then when they gave me the car back the tire that they had just put on wasn't filled like really I'll be driving to savannah to have my other 3 tires replaced convenience isn't worth paying double the price per tire and then to not even get it right when you've paid that!

Rip off!!!! Was told that my brake fluid was bad and would need it be flushed. It would eat holes in my brake hoses eventually!!!!!! Interesting on it's own but for only $100 too I would steer clear of this place unless you got more $ than brains.

Horrible experience. In for a simple alignment, and rotation. Customer service was satisfactory. Turned to be a 4hour ordeal leaving me still with a vehicle that can't drive straight.. getting tires else where

Their to busy to fix my tire. Kept being put on hold and was told I would need an appointment, but none are available this week. Even when I get an appointment they told me it would take more than an hourwent to south side service center and they took me right away, it took 5 MINUTES, and it was cheap. NOT going back to University tire EVER again!

I went for a routine oil change. It took them an hour and half to just change the oil, first of all, and now just 2 weeks later I check my oil because my car isn't running like it should and the oil is bad. I usually go 3 months before I need another oil change. It is like they didn't even change it. It is just another place trying to rip people off.

Sent my daughter to get a tire pluged. They told her it couldn't be plugged I told her to leave. They took the tire off the rim and put it in the trunk so it cost me more to plug, remount and balance a good tire. They tried to sell her a tire she didn't need. To the Parents of kids in Georgia Southern don't send your kids here. RIPOFF ARTISTS !!!
