Every time I've come to this VIP I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff is consistently nice and they always do the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this VIP for anything car-related.

Running into a near flat and in a hurry to work this location took me in to have my tire looked at. Called before arriving, they didn't know how long it would be but then replied with how soon can you be here and they took me right in. Seemed to be a slow leak so went to work and low tire pressure again. Needed tires and they again got me right in and had the tires put on rather quickly. Only mistake, probably on my part is that I did not ask if mounting and balancing was free with purchase of tires and when at home was slightly surprised to learn all the extras that were tacked on to my bill already paid. Overall staff at this location is great and understanding and I have never had a bad experience!

Excellent experience. I bought 4 tires which were installed and ready to go in about an hour. The sales staff was courteous, enthusiastic and informative. The store and waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will be getting my care service from this store in the future.

I was out of state and bumped a curb- took my car to VIP to get it checked before my 5 hour drive home. The staff was so prompt and efficient and had my car in the air to inspect within minutes. This was my first experience in which a mechanic walked me under the car to show me all of his concerns and made sure I understood. Then came the tires- which I didn't realize, were totally bald and very badly needed to be changed. I wasn't planning on buying tires at this time, but they explained to me and showed me the problems with those on my car and gave me several options to replace- all of which were excellent deals for tires! The staff was kind and understanding, did excellent work and saved me a ton of money! I will be a VIP customer for life!

The service at VIP was amazing. I needed an inspection sticker and waited till the last minute to try to get one. It was late Friday afternoon and they were too busy to do it that day. Teddy, the technician, agreed to come in early on Saturday and to do that for me . I am so thankful that both Matt and Teddy made it happen. Great experience and wonderful customer service.

Called around to find the best deals for tires and always end up at VIP in Auburn! The guys there are excellent! They know their job and always take care of me and my family. Just wanted to say thanks to Steve, Dan, Matt and Joe. I always send my friends to them to get taken care of and will do so in the future. Please be sure to recognize them for all they do!!!

I was assisted by Matt today and was very happy with the service I received. From the moment I walked through the door, he was very friendly and personable. I really appreciated how thorough he was with explaining my options. He provided me with facts and did not try and pressure me one way or the other. He signed me up for service reminders so I know when to get my vehicle maintained. I'm trying to take good care of my vehicle and with everything we have to remember to do in our daily lives, it's little things like this that make a big difference. Thanks, Matt. VIP is lucky to have you as an employee.

This was the first time I've ever been to the VIP Tires & Service and my experience was one of the best I've ever had at an automotive place. All the guys are friendly, they didn't talk down to me and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Best part is that they recommended the best tires and noticed my inspection was due so called to ask if I wanted it done. Overall great experience, I will definitely go back.

They did a great job at this location! Matt McDougall was the manager on duty, and he has excellent customer service. He made sure to ask before going ahead with any work to the car, and I felt safe in my car once all was said and done. I was recommended to come here by a friend, and will certainly return!

Purchased a new set of Michelin Tires for my Volvo XC60 and was very pleased with the service that I received. Pricing was competitive and they were able to get me right in without any delay.
When the job was finished I was introduced to the tech who did a fantastic job. (It is nice to meet the guy who actually did the work). Matt and Dave behind the counter were very courteous and provided me with all the information I needed in the future to properly maintain my tires.
I would definitely go there again when I need service on my automobiles.

When visiting VIP I went in to get a sticker. I ended up needing tires. The service was excellent. The price I paid for the tires was very fair and I was happy that they were able to fit me into their busy day. Overall I was quite pleased with the service. I stopped to thank the customer service rep who assisted me multiple times throughout the experience to tell him he was very good at working with the general public.
