Have had them service my Polaris in the past. They changed the fuel tank under a recall issue and pinched a vent hose in the process. When I was having venting issues I brought it back and they charged me for their own mistake. Oh well, that was a while ago.
They are now a KTM dealer. So my wife dressed up and took a ride over to get a sticker for her newer KTM with only 1800 miles on it and was told we don't have time for that today. Not the guy who does stickers is sick or something. This was her day off and I said screw them they lost any and all of our business. She was willing to wait her turn but they blew her off. They need to hire more help if they can't handle a 5 Min. sticker.
We recently bought two new KTMs from the previous dealer down the road and a Yamaha. BUT WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN MAINELY ACTION SPORTS AGAIN!!!!! There are to many other dealers around to get treated like that.response / report this review -

Dealer attentive, fast professional business demeanor, sold us the nicest used trailer that was 10 years old that looked like new, been parked inside its entire life. Wanted to haul back a large house full of furniture and personal effects back to California without paying high rental costs. Sold us the trailer for a super low price of only 1500.00, new one similar priced out to more than 5000.00. Custom painted KTM Orange with tons of nascar level sponsor stickers as it was a raffle item from a big time Ricky Craven charity ride, all professionally installed with high quality plastic graphics. Big 8x12 inside finished with painted wood paneling, lighting, folding rear door with cable spool assist. Biggest trailer legally allowed to be towed WITHOUT trailer brakes made use easy. Dealer went through all electrical systems and verified brake lights worked for free. All we needed was a set of fresh trailer tires. We towed this trailer from Maine to California without ANY troubles, pulled behind our class a RV like a dream. Could not feel the trailer at all in back, Thanks for all this goodness, we would do business again in a minute should we need anything similar in Maine.

They were great selling us our first side by side. But the temp switch went in our brand-new machine.we dropped it off almost a month ago and they still have it. We called once they said they had to order parts for the water pump, called a week and a half later, we asked if they had the parts for the pump, then the person we talked to this time said there was nothing wrong with the pump. It was a temperature switch. Three weeks after the original week Still waiting, we call the guy said they are still waiting on parts. He blamed us for being cheap and buying the fx Moto HE BRAGGED UP. Great salesmen A+, horrible after the sale service. F
